Greetings from Malaysia! I had the pleasure of staying at Guidu Hotel Beijing from October 12th to 17th, 2024, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Although I’ve stayed at more luxurious hotels in the past, the level of service at Guidu truly sets it apart. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process seamless. The bellboys were prompt and always eager to assist with luggage, and room service was both efficient and thorough, ensuring my room was always comfortable and well-stocked.
One standout moment was the incredible attention given during check-out. I had simply placed my luggage outside the room, not expecting any assistance, but within 5 seconds, I received a phone call from the hotel offering to help bring my luggage down to the lobby. This level of responsiveness was truly impressive. The staff then inquired about the timing of my airport transfer and even invited us to relax in the lounge while we waited for our driver, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free departure. Even compared to renowned hotels like the Grand Hyatt, the service at Guidu Hotel was on another level—something that even high-end establishments often strive for but rarely achieve. Whether you’re in Beijing for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, efficiency, and top-tier hospitality.
