Near summer place

Rooms were nice and new and hotel is located at a quiet but convenient spot right next to the metro station. However, the hotel only offered 2 bottles of free water a day and both robots weren't functioning during our stay so we had to pick-up food from the lobby. Other than the rooms, the hotel itself is quite old and lifts were slow. Also the TV didn't support screencast which was a let down. Overall, stay was quite pricey for what was given.

Not a typical tourist hotel. But conveniently located above the subway station. And Next to the Mei Lan Fang Opera house. The hotel is an older facility. Front desk is located on the second floor. It is on par to a standard 3 star hotel. Front desk staff are very friendly. When I requested a late check out, they were able to accommodate me.  Wifi is a bit tricky, as it requires a local phone number to verifyfy. But if you contact the front desk, they will send someone who can help you to verify.  Overall reasonable service, paid laundry and dry cleaning services. Breakfast not included in my booking. But I believe you could book with breakfast.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a wide range of amenities that made my stay even more comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The common areas were well-maintained, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. My room was another highlight of the stay. It was spacious, modern, and well-designed with all the comforts I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a minibar and a smart TV. I loved the attention to detail, from the sleek furniture to the high-quality toiletries provided in the bathroom. Cleanliness was a priority, and it showed throughout the hotel. My room was spotless when I checked in and was maintained perfectly throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and the public spaces were just as immaculate. Breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. The spread was diverse, with something for everyone—fresh fruit, a variety of pastries, hot dishes, and delicious coffee. It was clear that quality ingredients were used, and everything was prepared with care. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Great location, excellent facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and delicious breakfast—everything exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

Right next to the subway. Nice facilities and the TV had a bunch of (English) movies to watch. The room was nice and warm for the Beijing winter.

【衞生零分，巨型活蟑螂當“迎賓”】 入住當晚就被衞生間那衹拇指大的蟑螂嚇得原地昇天——生平第一次見如此龐然大物，直接刷新三觀。蟑螂悠哉爬過洗手枱、鑽進地漏，彷彿它才是這間房的付費住客。 並且打了好幾次前台電話都沒有人接，來回上下樓跑了好幾趟，對酒店的衞生管理和服務徹底絕望，強烈避雷！

評分衹針對8樓的房間，大部分房型當得起5分。 1.攜程上的房型圖片和實際不符，圖片中的房型是裝修過的，實際入住見附件，是老的房型，且在8層，請大家避雷8層的房間，從電梯出來，就充斥着煙味🚬，更不用説是房間裏了。之前預訂同樣的房型，從來沒入住過類似的房間，詢問前台，説之前都是自動給免費升級的，那請問，這次也沒有任何變化的情況下，為什麼不給免費升級呢？ 2.前台負責給開房間的小姐姐A很”敬業”啊，我再次去前台提出質疑後，旁邊一個小姐姐B説，那我們給你免費升級，話還沒説出口，被小姐姐A按住手臂示意不給升級，然後當著客人的麪，用客人能聽到的聲音，小姐姐A耳語小姐姐B:就不給升級。咱們客户也不是掏不起這升級的100塊錢，也不至於這麼噁心人吧。 3.想着還是省100塊錢，不升級了。等再次回到8層，一出電梯口，煙味再次充斥鼻腔，對於不抽煙的人士，實在無法接受在這樣的環境睡一晚。 4.算了，下樓花100升級吧，升級到15樓，兩層房間天差地別。在升級的時候，和前台小姐姐A説，你們這8樓不是無煙區吧，相同房型的就沒有無煙的樓層嗎？小姐姐A很敷衍的説，我們酒店全都是無煙房，估計8樓有人抽煙吧，回頭讓客房部去看看，就把我打發了。

感謝遠通維景的再次陪伴！三年前的中考房，如今的高考房，體驗感超出滿分！酒店環境和客房，五星標準，不贅述。酒店對考生家庭貼心備至，細緻入微，安排了專屬樓層，晚上睡得極安穩，午休時間也安靜到可以秒睡。考試時間，我在房間裏等候，也是無聲又無息。酒店遇到的每一位員工，前台小姐姐，客房阿姨，餐廳小哥哥，每一位都親切友好又温暖。我想今後每一次西二環上路過，我都會望一眼遠通維景，感恩陪伴！

酒店的設施服務等各個方面都挺好的。尤其是酒店的地鐵站邊上步行衹需1分鐘，在北京這樣一個堵車的城市顯得十分方便。總體而言對酒店十分滿意，給予好評。
