Photos do not correspond to reality. The rooms are old with worn-out plumbing. When we checking in, the staff said that the pool has not been working for 3 years.

A nice hotel, location is tip top, very convinient in terms of public transport, restorant and 7-11 is just round the ccorner of the hotel. Highly revomemded for family traveller with senior. 👍

The hotel look so grand from outside but it’s quite hard to find the counter service. The family room is very big and spacious, probably the biggest I’ve ever seen. There are many restaurants and shops outside the hotel.

Excellent location, impressive appearance and lobby of the hotel, this is probably one of the advantages. The first unpleasant moment we encountered when we arrived at the reception, we found a sign that it was open until 17:00, and we arrived at about 20:00, a phone number was left where you can contact support via Wichat, but only in Chinese. While we were trying to figure it out, a man, probably a security guard, approached us, we showed him the reservations and he led us through the entire hall to a corridor above which there was something written in Chinese and an arrow, apparently it indicated that the reception was in that direction. After walking along a rather long corridor, we still managed to find the reception, and there is another entrance on the east side. There was a very nice girl at the reception who spoke almost no English, but she tried very hard, and eventually we were settled. At first glance, the room looked very large and presentable, it probably used to be a very good hotel, but now it is very outdated and worn out. The room has ironing facilities, a kettle, no cups or tea accessories, slippers, and well-worn bathrobes. Breakfast is absolutely not worth attention, especially disappointed by the lack of tea and bad coffee

The location of the hotel is great- it's very central & easy to access restaurants. The room we had was ginormous, especially the bathroom. However, the place is very dated & strange. The reception area is miles away from the main lobby & the staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. The room had a kettle but no coffee/tea or cups, the air-conditioning didn't seem to work (room super hot) & no fridge. Generally feels like it used to be a lovely hotel but no longer is. Felt very expensive for what it was.

The location was a little confusing when we first arrived. The hotel is adjacent to what seems to be an apartment building and you have to figure out the right entrance. We asked a couple of people and they guided us to the right entrance. Our room had a tiny bit smell of cigarette smoke but it could've been from a room nearby. The cleaning ladies were great and did an excellent job every day. Breakfast was very plain and I'm glad we didn't pay to include it, although the coffee was ok. The location was ok but I recommend having a rental car, otherwise you would be calling a cab for most things. Overall we had a good stay.

We had a free upgrade. The room is quite big and clean. We like the bathroom as it's almost the same size as the room. We ended up using the bathroom a lot since it's very spacious

Hotel is SUPER rundown. I guess is totally family run, the staffs are NOT wearing any uniform at all. i strongly believed it must have been a very grand hotel 30 years back. Now is very worn out, the hotel lobby is HUGE but dim. beautiful crystal lights full of dust. There are 2 buildings, i was given tower East. that building is under-going some renovation. Dusty. HOtel has a Chinese restaurant which only opens for Lunch & Dinner. HOtel does not serve breakfast. Only best best point is room is really big, but again is very dim and run-down. big bathroom with bath tub. There is a crack + a 4cm hole on the bathroom flooring door and at the vanity top cupboard. Doubt there is any facilities. Front desk does not bother to even to even remind me what time to check out. When i request for clean + non smoking room, the front desk mentioned, Smoking is prohibited within the Hotel compound. Guess what - the security guard is the one smoking at the East tower building. Bad sound proofing too. can hear families opening door, slamming doors, shouting across the walkway. to me - only 2 PLUS points Location of hotel is acceptable. less than 700m to the nearest ZhuShiKou station. also near to walking street - Qianmen. Room size is really big.

Great facilities, staffs and location. Highly recommend for travellers in Beijing.

Hotel rooms are big and comfortable, but everything looks worn out. Needs renovation urgently. West building entrance is poorly maintained. Staff barely speaks English, but very helpful. Perfect location, close to metro and railway station is 20 minutes away.
