Beyond excellence ! The hotel is very well maintained and sparkly clean! The room is spacious with comfy bed. We slept like a baby! Breakfast is awesome with lots of varieties and the staff are polite and friendly!

Absolutely beautiful suite, and they upgraded us as well which was lovely 😍 Business lounge is a bit confusing. Normally when we have stayed at other hotels you get a piece of paper with business lounge access information but not here. Food was very Chinese and the service not great in there. We would definitely come back to stay again in the suite as it's stunning.

This hotel was really great, it was very beautiful, well located, staff was helpful and even spoke a bit English. Overall very nice stay and I would repeat.

I recently stayed at Wanda with 2 rooms, and while the location and amenities were satisfactory, I encountered a significant issue with the billing process. I was charged for my room twice through a third-party service, which was quite frustrating. The hotel staff was apologetic, but the resolution took longer than expected. I believe the hotel management should review their billing procedures to prevent such occurrences in the future. Overall, the experience was mixed. I enjoyed my stay but hope to see improvements in their payment system.
