Dear Swissotel Beijing HongKong Macau, I am writing to express my sincerest gratitude for the exceptional stay I recently had at your esteemed hotel, between 7th October to 14th October. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and impeccable service that you and your team provided. However, I must highlight a few specific instances where your dedication to customer satisfaction truly shone through. One of the most notable experiences I had during my stay was the prompt and efficient assistance I received with a number of issues that arose. I was particularly impressed by the way in which your staff went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. For example, when I encountered a problem with a parcel delivery, your team quickly sprang into action and ensured that the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Additionally, when I discovered a small issue with the bath vasin in my room, your maintenance staff was immediately dispatched and the problem was fixed without delay. I would also like to take this opportunity to specifically mention two of your exceptional staff members, Angela and her manager. Both of these individuals went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Angela, who was my front desk representative, was incredibly helpful and attentive, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had with a smile and a friendly demeanor. In conclusion, I cannot thank you and your team enough for the outstanding service and hospitality that I received during my recent stay at Swissotel HK Macau Centre Beijing. Your dedication to customer satisfaction, as well as the exceptional work of your staff members such as Angela and her manager has left a lasting impression on me. I recently stayed at The Swissotel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and impeccable service. The room was spacious for 2 persons and clean. Aircon can be warm & stuffy and can't do anything about it as it is centrally controlled. Public transport is a breeze with the metro station right in front of the hotel. While the hotel is not located at the city center, it is good enough for us given the metro station 2 mins away. Some eatries and 7/11 behind the hotel.

Perfect location for me visiting Beijing for a musical show at Poly Theatre which is across the road. It's also super convenient as the MTR exit is right opposite the hotel entrance. Reception area is bright and big but, in my opinion, the receptionists need a little more training on serving guests in more pleasant manner though. Still, the waiters/waitresses in their restaurants are probably better-trained with excellent manner. I have booked a premium twin room which is on 9/F. Room is clean and tidy while the room size is good enough for 2 persons staying. Worth-mentioning that their bed sheets are soft and smooth which is definitely value-added.
