From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and impeccable service that you and your team provided. However, I must highlight a few specific instances where your dedication to customer satisfaction truly shone through. One of the most notable experiences I had during my stay was the prompt and efficient assistance I received with a number of issues that arose. I was particularly impressed by the way in which your staff went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. For example, when I encountered a problem with a parcel delivery, your team quickly sprang into action and ensured that the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Additionally, when I discovered a small issue with the bath vasin in my room, your maintenance staff was immediately dispatched and the problem was fixed without delay. I would also like to take this opportunity to specifically mention two of your exceptional staff members, Angela and her manager. Both of these individuals went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Angela, who was my front desk representative, was incredibly helpful and attentive, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had with a smile and a friendly demeanor. In conclusion, I cannot thank you and your team enough for the outstanding service and hospitality that I received during my recent stay at Swissotel HK Macau Centre Beijing. Nice hotel located directly next to Dongsishitiao Station, which can link to many places of attraction in Beijing. Housekeeping is top notch and hotel room is very clean with modern styling. Hotel breakfast is delicious with some Swiss food as well. I will definitely return if I ever go back to Beijing!

Very clean hotel and quiet hotel. Unfortunately the Air condition was already turned off even it was still 25 degrees outside temperature so the room was a bit too warm. Bathroom a bit small. Overall a good hotel.
