This hotel was absolutely wonderful. I stayed one night. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport. Fiona at the front desk speaks English and is very polite and helpful. I stayed in room 3080. It gave a 5 star experience. Yvonne at the concierge desk is absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond to assist me with ordering some things I urgently needed late at night. She is very polite and kind. She is definitely irreplaceable and very much appreciated! Overall, the experience was great and I will be sure to stay here again when I visit Beijing!!

Good big hotel near Terminal 3 of Beijing Airport. There’s a shuttle bus to airport every half a hour. Breakfast was a lot of things to choose. Good Chinese restaurant for dinner, half of Beijing duck is good for one person Nice free pool, you’ll need your swimming hat or buy it on place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The free airport transfer (both ways) was a huge plus—it made our trip so much easier. The pool was fantastic and perfect for relaxation. Overall, a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

We stayed for one night. Very comfortable rooms, where everything is there. Comfortable bed, there is a free transfer to and from the airport. You can't hear the planes

The reception staffs are very kind, let me check in earlier. The room was spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet has many variations. The free shuttle bus goes every 20 minutes.

The overall experience was great! Great location, service, and amenities. We came here with a little kid and in-laws. The hotel employees saw us coming in with many pieces of luggage and came out to help us. The front desk was also very friendly. Leah Zhang was very considerate and arranged adjacent rooms so the little one could roam between the rooms. The concierge was very helpful as well. We needed to use the freezer, and they were able to arrange it. We ate at the restaurant on the first floor (Compass), and the food was great. The hotel also has a play area for kids - ball pit, Lego, cars, etc. It’s great for families. We would come back again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay, however we did not like the high price of room service and poor choose of food, to go swimming in the hotel pool you need a swimming hat, otherwise you can’t get in which is really strange, you can buy one there for 40, also everywhere in the hotel are smoking alarms but they didn’t care about people smoking on the 4th floor close to our room, no suprise that there was fire alarm in our room around 11pm. Great location for transit to other countries as there are free hotel shuttles to terminal 2 and 3.

Very comfortable hotel. Perfect for a night before your morning flight from Beijing airport. The pool, relaxation facilities, and spa are perfect. A big thank you to Judy Wang for her welcome and assistance. She reflects the Hilton quality very well; I will definitely stay here again.
