We understand that your travel experience is of utmost importance, and we are committed to ensuring that our guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Regarding the issues you mentioned, we would like to provide some clarification. Recently, we received similar feedback from guests who stayed on the 8F. After investigation, we found that our Team Member assisted these guests in carrying their pieces of luggage up to stairs and pushing it to Lobby. However, shortly afterward, our Team Member had to manage traffic outside the hotel, which led to a lapse in attention. This, in turn, caused the situation you described. We sincerely apologize for this oversight and any inconvenience it may have caused. As for the inconsistent cleaning, we have identified that the two rooms were assigned to different Team Members. One room was cleaned as scheduled, while the other had not yet received a specific request for cleaning at a particular time. Our team member followed the Standard Procedure of Room Cleaning in sequence. Once we received the request, we ensured that the second room was cleaned to our standard before 16:00. We are well aware that our hotel, which has been in operation since 2008, has shown signs of aging in some areas. Currently, we have intensified our daily maintenance and upkeep efforts. The long-delayed guest room upgrade plan, which was put on hold due to the pandemic, is now being carried out gradually in phases. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our facilities. Due to Platform Privacy Policies, we are unable to confirm whether you are the guest we mentioned above. However, we would like to extend a special invitation for you to stay with us again. If you are the guest, we are pleased to offer the benefits we promised when you checked out.
