I had an amazing stay here at the Hilton! The reception are very kind and helpful specially Ricky & Judy. The breakfast was delicious.. the rooms are spacious and sparkling clean The location is fantastic walking distance to a lot of attractions Love it & i would recommend it to anyone

This is a truly international standard hotel. Size of the room was good and spacious, spot free wash room and very spacious too. Smart toilet seat with warm seat and auto flushing. Comfortable bed, the friendly staff, Li Jia Ming, offered an extra bed for my kid for free on our request, this was so pleasing. The Nespresso machine is a plus point. The smart light/air con control panel was handy. Overall, this is a high standard hotel and well-carried the Hilton brand. All Good.

Hotel room is very spacious. They provide ample bottled drinking water that were replenished generously everyday. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and hand soap were also provided. Location is strategic and short walking distance to Wangfujing shopping area. It was an amazing and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The Good: We arrived to find our rooms upgraded to larger ones (though I’m not entirely sure that’s a plus). The rooms are massive—over 50m²—with a walk-in closet, a bathtub, and a large bed. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to APM Mall and right next to Wangfujing Street. The Bad: The hotel lacks a proper driveway at the lobby, and there's a staircase leading up to reception. We’re traveling as a family for two weeks in China with three large suitcases and two smaller bags, and the doorman asked me to carry everything up the stairs myself. The rooms are in dire need of renovation—many fixtures are falling apart. In one room, the glass on the coffee table slid off when my kids accidentally leaned on it, which was quite dangerous. Both rooms we booked were in similar poor condition. Housekeeping was inconsistent—they cleaned one room but skipped the other until we asked. Toiletries were limited to just a shower cap unless requested. The hotel claims this is part of an environmental program, but oddly, the other room was fully stocked, making the excuse feel insincere. Because the rooms are so large, some areas were dusty and not properly cleaned. Lighting controls are also a hassle—there’s no master switch, so you have to walk around turning on multiple lights just to brighten up the space.

Regarding the issues you mentioned, we would like to provide some clarification. Recently, we received similar feedback from guests who stayed on the 8F. After investigation, we found that our Team Member assisted these guests in carrying their pieces of luggage up to stairs and pushing it to Lobby. However, shortly afterward, our Team Member had to manage traffic outside the hotel, which led to a lapse in attention. This, in turn, caused the situation you described. We sincerely apologize for this oversight and any inconvenience it may have caused. As for the inconsistent cleaning, we have identified that the two rooms were assigned to different Team Members. One room was cleaned as scheduled, while the other had not yet received a specific request for cleaning at a particular time. Our team member followed the Standard Procedure of Room Cleaning in sequence. Once we received the request, we ensured that the second room was cleaned to our standard before 16:00. We are well aware that our hotel, which has been in operation since 2008, has shown signs of aging in some areas. Currently, we have intensified our daily maintenance and upkeep efforts. The long-delayed guest room upgrade plan, which was put on hold due to the pandemic, is now being carried out gradually in phases. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our facilities. Due to Platform Privacy Policies, we are unable to confirm whether you are the guest we mentioned above. However, we would like to extend a special invitation for you to stay with us again. If you are the guest, we are pleased to offer the benefits we promised when you checked out. Really well located and spacious hotel right next to apm mall and a short walk to the forbidden city. Helen and judy helped us throughout our stay and offered fantastic service. We did have some issues with heating in one of our rooms but the staff sorted it out quickly. Would stay again.

If you head to Shanghai, be sure to stay at Hilton! The rooms are spacious! Check out the bathroom, it's almost as big as the bedroom!you have the luxury to soak and unwind in its huge bathtub. Bed is huge and comfy. The breakfast spread is good and fresh. Would definitely return again!

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Beijing. While the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, I faced an issue with storing my ice packs for my medication. As a type 1 diabetic, I rely on them, but my request was declined. I hope future accommodations improve for guests with medical needs

This is our favourite hotel in Beijing! The rooms are huge, modern and clean and the breakfast is outstanding. All staff are very kind and speak very good English. We would be back as soon as we can! 🙂

Clean and located at a conveniently right behind apm mall. Service staff could be more helpful and friendlier though, they were not offering to help with luggages and they were not greeting guests with smiles.

The hotel deluxe twin room that we had booked was spacious compared to other hotels nearby in Wangfujing and was moderately priced. Many things are controlled electronically which were superb and convenient. The wifi was pretty slow and sometimes barely unuseable though. Breakfast quality was pretty good too.There is a luggage transfer available which was handy and Megan especially helped us by making sure that it delivered on the right end. Thanks Megan.
