We had a little issue checking in but the lady at the counter resolved it asap. Hotel is located on Qianmen Walking street. Chill ambience with pool table and a drink station free for you. Front desk is smiley and always read to help. The room was comfortable despite with no window. Bed was also had a good mattress. However, soundproofing not that good. Will come back to stay again.

Very good location, convenient to take metro. Many food options around the area too. Room is small but the space is still decently arranged and utilised. Noise proofing is okay between rooms but kids running down the hallway can be heard, at night it is pretty quiet though. Cleanliness wise saw one or two flies from the shower drain so that can be improved upon. Overall still pretty good price and option for touring around Beijing.

Nice hotel in a great location, but walkable and near the subway. Friendly staff and ample breakfast choices.

We stayed in Beijing 5 nights but tried 2 different hotels just to enjoy & compare their quality & services. We like CitiGo Hotel as the design is modern & contemporary. Initially there was a small issue during check in. After we raised the issue politely, they looked into the matter immediately and resolved. We thank their quick response and willing to take in responsibility. Genuinely love their attitude. Overall the room is very comfortable, good quality front desk services especially the one served us. Sorry that I did not recall her name but I would like convey my appreciation to her. One extra surprise is the hotel provide simple supper on 10-11pm if you include the breakfast. Very yummy dumplings. 😁 One suggestion on the shower room of the loft 1st floor: hotel please consider to install a shower screen (plastic type) to prevent the water splashing to the toilet cubical side. Due to both cubical are joined together, after shower the toilet cubical is wet and inconvenience to use. Hope there is such improvement and it does not big renovation.  I will certainly be a repeat customer when I visit Beijing.

Front desk was really helpful, location is the best!

This place made us feel like home. The location is superb, hotel lobby is warm and inviting.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and warm. One of the ladies at reception even helped me pay for the loan of the battery pack first using her own money. The self service laundry was great and free of charge. All the detergent was automatically loaded into the washer when in use. Free Drinks were provided in the lobby and free check out gifts were given to us. Breakfast was good. The aircon in the room for the first few night’s were not working and we had to ask for a fan at midnight despite opening the window. Location was superb.

Thank you to all the staff at the at hotel everyone was beyond kind, lovely and helpful. I can’t recommend this hotel enough Vivian was especially very helpful Love the location and everything about it

Good service and near subway

Great service and excellent location. They even give dumplings at night and water to go and even sweets for the journey! They even give free laundry services!

As mentioned, location is fantastic and quality of fittings is great. However room is smaller than expected, okay if you don’t plan on staying in the room much. I was staying in 3rd floor and I have to say the walls are really porous. I can hear talking, and late into the night, sounds like plastic bags, moving of things from I don’t know where. I did not get a good night’s sleep the one night I stayed there.However when I asked for an iron, I was given directions to a super tiny laundry room where it was a steamer stand without no instructions of use and hence I had to steam my clothes (when what I wanted was really to iron) in the super tiny room, perspiring and struggling to hold up my pants to steam it. I think it would be easier if the hotel can just provide an iron on request and we can iron the clothes in our room even if there’s no ironing board. That said, over all a great hotel to stay in, just don’t expect to be able to iron clothes and perhaps request for a quiet room. Laundry however is free, which is awesome.

The hotel location is great! You have easy access to Qianmen street, even subway is near by! However, the hotel is not maintained in a good shape. The room we stayed has a strong sewer gas smell. At night, we smelled cigarette smoke coming from downstairs smoking room, unbelievable! We reached out the front desk but no one comes to check (please avoid second floor room above the smoking room). The front desk will ask every guest a favor to give 5 star rating before checking out! So please don’t purely look for reviews when you are looking for hotels!

Overall stay was great, the room layout was big and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast was nice, and service was great! Especially Sara, she was very helpful and genuine.
