The hotel is located in one of the oldest historical blocks within the second ring road of Dongcheng District, Beijing (Dongsi District). It was rebuilt based on the characteristics of the traditional courtyards of old Beijing. Når vi skulle bruge en tjener til at levere noget om natten, kom der altid en lille (ca. 1,4 meter) mandlig sikkerhedsvagt for at levere det. Min mor og jeg sagde hele tiden tak til ham . Jeg ved ikke, om det er på grund af vores blide og venlige personligheder.Da vi bad om desinfektionsservietter den næste nat, lukkede min mor døren med en sikkerhedslås.Ved leveringen af servietterne holdt sikkerhedsvagten åbenlyst min mors hånd med begge dele. hænder. Hænder og kærtegn! ! ! 🤬🤬🤬Min mor var forvirret på det tidspunkt. Fordi det var første gang, vi stødte på denne situation, da vi boede på et hotel, kæmpede vi i en dag og rapporterede denne hændelse til hotelchefen efter at have tjekket ud. Efter en hotelundersøgelse og overvågningsvideo-undersøgelse indrømmede den mandlige sikkerhedsvagt sin modbydelige adfærd, men brugte drikkeri om natten som en undskyldning? ? Tænk nu over det, den første nat bankede denne mandlige sikkerhedsvagt også på døren til vores værelse uden grund og spurgte os, om vi ville have kuglepenne og papir, men vi bad ikke om dem. Jeg er virkelig bange, jeg ved ikke om noget lignende er sket før. . . Som et resultat tilbagebetalte hotellet pengene fuldt ud og sagde, at det ville træffe foranstaltninger mod de ansatte, men det afskedigede stadig ikke den mandlige sikkerhedsvagt. Tør søstrene bo på hotel med en mandlig sikkerhedsvagt, der er fuld og har sex?

Booked 3 rooms for Family of 5 for our trip on 9Dec to 13Dec. Overall my kids enjoyed the stay plus 2 cute cats to play with. The weather is too cold for us to enjoy the courtyard but is beautiful at night. The Dongsi station is pretty near to Airport Express line and also easy accessible to change to other line but the only cons is a little far from hotel esp with luggages to lug maybe about 15-20mins and when u are too tired back at night though my 3 teens enjoyed walking every morning and there a supermarket n eateries just outside the station which is good that we can grabbed something before heading back. Initially we had a little difficult finding the hotel as its main entrance not facing the road, the stay is great and room are clean except a little too narrow for 2 large luggages which we don’t mention put them on the floor. We stayed on 1st floor and can hear the noise of guest at corridor coming back at night but we are okay. Staff is helpful to assist us order MacDonald as we do not have a local number and good that there a common washing machine and dryer for us. We had our dinner on last day at restaurant just right opposite the hotel doorstep and the soup portion is super large that we couldn’t finish.🤣

The bed is comfy & quilt is good.
Like the layout of the whole hotel.
It is not closed to subway. Walking distance about 12 to 15mins

Definitely is the place to stay. Awesome, friendly, helpful, the best service we had. Very considerate especially w elderly. Go extra effort to sent our elderly by car to tourist are even though is nearby. They even recommend and assist us in the daily itinerary. Is a homey stay we had. Love it. The housekeeping has room to improve. The room are not heated. Hence, bit cold

Very clean and cared for hotel, the amenities are very good (tea / coffee / self serve laundry ) and the staff is kind.
However be advised it’s located 15min from the nearest metro. Also there is a strong smell coming from the cleaning products that are used.
Altogether we would recommend the hotel.

The best part of the hotel was the service and size of the rooms! In Beijing hotels can run on the expensive side but I think this hotel was priced well and had enough space for me and my friend to not feel cramped. The service was also really nice! The staff only speaks Chinese, but as someone who's Chinese is decent it was not much of a problem. The cleaning staff were really thorough when cleaning our room. The even folded my friends clothes that she left on the bed. The security guard was also really warm and welcoming. He would help us bring our luggage in and out and when we would come back to the hotel at the end of the day asked us if we had fun and to have a nice rest. At the end of our trip he even waited with us while we waited for our cab since it was late at night! If you want an affordable hotel near Tiananmen or the Gugong and you are able to communicate at least a little bit in Chinese this is not a bad option and the service is great!

Really friendly staff, helped with everything I asked. Rooms cleaned daily, and good laundry facility you can use yourself. They have two ragdoll cats at the reception, very friendly. Location is also good.
