- Hotellet havde ikke varmt vand i tre dage. Der var et værelse med egen vandvarmer, der blev stillet til rådighed for gæster til at bruge til brusere. - Beliggenheden er fantastisk, da man kan gå til flere seværdigheder. - De gav os også lov til at lave en sen check-out gratis på grund af besværet med det varme vand.

Et boutique-hotel nær Himlens tempel og naturhistorisk museum. God rolig beliggenhed væk fra hovedvejen. Tilgængelig for lokale spisesteder. Receptionister var meget hjælpsomme med at hjælpe med retninger.

The hotel for that price is good. Really nice location and helpful staff. The only thing is that WiFi did not really work properly.

Pros: the location is excellent with the subway less than 5 minutes walk away. Furthermore the Temple of Heaven is also within walking distance. The room are nice and cozy with adequate heating for winter. Very good water heater for shower. The best part is the price is very affordable compared to others. Cons: the only deficiency is the 3pax room is a bit dated (whereas the 2pax room looks like renovated and new). Nearby not many restaurants for breakfast (or maybe we didn't search hard enough) Overall excellent value for our stay in RJ Brown.

Location was very good. 5 minutes walk to Tianqiao metro station and 10 minutes walk to the Tample of Heaven. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit small though and condition wasn’t perfect. However, toilet and shower room was nice and clean. Unfortunately, there were no hot water for the first 2 days of our 5-day stay. The manager was apologetic and offered us a 20% discount as a gesture of good will.

The location is great and the staff are helpful. But the room is dirty and moldy. I found dust in the window . It is not clean at all. It smells. I have two nights but it is not comfortable at all. I just put up with it cos of the location. The internet drops on and off. I even put some offset to fight bugs .

Worst hotel of my entire stay in China. Not very clean. Had construction going on and was very loud. Not very sound proof and could hear everything going on in the halls and could even hear the people above me in the bathroom. I don’t know how this hotel got such great reviews. The bed was terrible. It was harder then the floor and the pillows had weird bean things in it and felt like I was sleeping on a pillow shaped beanie baby. Only positive was the staff was friendly and the location was good.

There is no construction in the hotel, but the air-conditioning pipes are repaired, and it is only a short time before there is sound; The mattress has two sides, one soft and the other hard. If you sleep soft, you can tell the front desk and we will replace it for you. (Because many people are used to being hard) Our pillows are also two-sided. The small peas you mentioned are buckwheat skins from China. If you are not used to it, just turn the pillows over.At the same time, we will improve and hope to come again. Very friendly and courteous front desk staff. Will visit again. I, think this hotel needs to update their information with new photos .We noticed the room we stayed in was better looking,than what it is shown in the trip.com website.
