The reception girl was nice. She was helpful and nice to us when we arrived at late night. I recommend this hotel because it’s close to many restaurants.

The hotel was so cold that we could not even sleep. The hotel is old and dirty but the view was good.

During my recent hotel stay, I expected a clean and well-maintained room, but instead, the building and room felt outdated, though the charges were comparable to high-end hotels. The features and appliances were old and practically useless. They seemed more focused on collecting the deposit for amenities than providing a comfortable experience. The ambiance of the room and corridors made it feel more like 2004 than 2024.

It was one of the few places that we could find to stay for a group of friends. Close to Sanlitun Street, there are a lot of places to eat near the hotel.

Service is good at reception, room was clean and the location is so convenient, specially to go USA Embassy in Beijing.

Not really what you would expect for a hotel. The whole room smells like cigarette smoke.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The kettle was too noisy waking the baby up; we couldn’t open the the hotel door properly because it has a funny way of opening from inside so they alarm went off, training was only offered after the alarm went off; AC was not working; toilets require you to pump flushing lever a few times before they flush; the apartment looked older than pictures showed; the apartment was cold and my baby was freezing; they gave us a heater but It had a smell when it was on so I switched it off so that the baby wouldn’t catch flu after breathing stuffy air.

The staff is not professional, the room is very old and dirty.
