Excellent location, friendly staff, clean. Would stay again next time we are in Beijing.

It is a decent hotel with a fantastic location in the middle of Qianmen.

The Hotel is located in a very strategize place, a lot of famous restaurant around, the staff is very friendly and helpfull even tho we does not understand chinese that much. We stay here at the double queen bedroom for 4 people, the place is very clean.

Very good hotel and excellent location. The staff is nice and helpful. The room we got was a bit small and had no windows. It always got smelly at the end of the day. I solved this by opening the door and letting fresh air in for a while. That being said, it is a very good hotel.

Highly recommended this hotel for everybody who enjoy busy shopping and heritage lively life. The location is unbeatable. Great food around, also very safe feel. The hotel rooms were small, but functional. The free washing machine also a nice plus. Staff polite and friendly.

I don’t know where to start but the hotel was a great way of ending our small Asia trip with Beijing as the last stop! It was a very nice room, very clean and the decorations and small garden area were very nice! When we arrived we were surprised that we were lead to a shopping street with a lot of vendors and restaurants. The hotel was in between shops. It was such a nice location, honestly 10/10! The staff was so nice also. I unfortunately didn’t ask for his name but this nice gentleman was always communicating with me through his phone and was super accommodating to us as foreigners! Overall the staff was very nice but he really made this stay more positive and memorable! Breakfast was in a restaurant next to the hotel. The restaurant staff was very nice and also took care of our dietary needs (no pork) and brought us vegetarian dishes! Overall such a nice stay! Little minus point would be, that the wifi didn’t work for us. You had to confirm with a phone number (I had an e sim) to receive an SMS. Since we all had our roaming off as to not cause us to pay horrendous amounts, we couldn’t make it work and relied on my e sim. The other option (log in with room number) didn’t work because it said we had to be checked in for it to work, which we obviously were. Staff told us the number option was the only way. But that’s the smallest inconvenience and when we go back to Beijing, I would definitely stay here over and over again!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lovely place and situated in the heart of Beijing with lots of lovely food and gifts.

The room was much smaller than it looked in the photo so it was shocking. But the staff was really friendly and the location was amazing. It's clean and you can really relax in the middle of a busy street. It's surprisingly quiet on a busy street. Sure you can't look anything outside the window apart from a wall but it's better that way because outside the hotel is really noisy and full of people all the time. I'm glad we chose this hotel.

The hotel is in a strategic position, in a quiet court. Really appreciated the free of charge washing machine and dryer. Good breakfast provided in a small restaurant outside the hotel.

The team at the Ni Hao hotel is fabulous. They go out of their way to help you, with generosity and kindness. The hotel is located on famous Dashilan walking street. The rooms are very quiet as they are away from the street and face an inner courtyard. Highly recommended.

進京趕考，帶上父母途徑此處，片刻休息間 找了一間在大柵欄商業街上的酒店～ 剛剛開始入住前因為酒店系統每天都在調整價格，這個操作體驗感的第一印象會有點不友好，到入住調整了四次價格，每天都在掉價😂，所以同時也取消了N次～前期我有主動電話諮詢多一些想要了解的酒店情況，電話那頭口氣本來稍微有點生硬（有點愛住不愛的態度），後面我提及因為帶了殘疾人同行，所以很多地方我需要前期先溝通清楚，不然會造成不必要的麻煩。後續到了酒店後，5.17下午14點左右辦理的入住，剛剛開始溝通成本有點高，反覆説明瞭我的需求點，好像有點不理解還是怎麼滴，後面在大家不厭其煩的反覆溝通中，終於也算圓滿解決了，等待40分鐘打掃完後成功辦理了入住。後面幾天的溝通都很順利及體驗過還算不錯哦～我入住的是155號家庭房，一樓朝陽處，位置還是很合心意的，除開房間確實很小。2個行李箱展開不夠放，衹能夜間收起。衞生間也是小鳥間🤭。總體來説，這次的入住還算很是很滿意的～雖然在街上，但因為經過一段走廊深處，所以一點不吵，很安靜。如果來北京想入大柵欄商業街且離開天安門等地都近的，還是不錯的選擇。最後5路公交車來回做了好幾遍哦😯
