The hotel is a few minutes walk from the subway station. It is located on a main road, so it is convenient to get a taxi too. Breakfast is quite good with a wide variety of choices. The staff are very accommodating. Rooms are equipped with modern technology. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel looked good in the photos of the reservation, but only the room was the same as the photos, but the air conditioning didn't work, it was very hot, no ventilation. The reception staff didn't speak any English, one of the days, the girl who made coffee asked , in the middle of the stay, that the hairdryer in the room was missing, even though it was in the room and we hadn't even checked out yet. Terrible breakfast, there wasn't even a black coffee or juice to drink, no bread, butter or jam. Simply do not book this hotel, very bad.

訂的是特惠大床，到酒店的時間很晚了，前台工作人員幫忙升級了Loft的房間，樓下有沙發床，小朋友看了就特別開心。升級的房間剛好在馬路邊，早上也不會很吵。洗手間床邊也有一個，不用擔心晚上要上衞生間不方便。第二天需要換個雙床，前台小姐姐還幫忙帶着看了一下，先了解清楚再幫忙辦，真的很好。下次來還會住。入住酒店大廳看起來很舒適，酒店還有免費的停車場，前台小姐姐服務好的，房間的床品好舒服的，房間物品齊全，叫外賣也有機器人可以送，很棒。

本人是很小寫評價的，但這酒店真心要五星好評。首先是位置非常方便，距地铁站步行幾分鐘就到去那都方便。天安門、故宮軍博館等都不遠。由於它是一所新酒店所以房間乾淨整潔舒順。最要贊的是有洗衣機免費服務。我住了五個晩上洗了三次衣服免費還包洗衣液且有乾衣服務。在日本要投幣付款這里免費真的省不少。下次有機會再來會再選這間。不過建議房內燈光可適當調光亮點。

第一次來北京，就定了這個酒店，前台提前打電話告知我們免費幫我們升了房型，很感謝～連住了四五天，很滿意，前台小姐姐特別好，我們晚上回去説可不可以第二天早上幫我們送咖啡，因為酒店自帶了咖啡，小姐姐特別好幫我們讓機器人送了上來，出行也很方便，距離地鐵站也不遠，去景點都很方便，下次還會入住～
