The room was good and comfortable. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. The only suggestion I have is to add more items in the breakfast.

location is good, very close to the metro. going here and there is convenient. the hotel is in the same building as a mall, eazy to find food and beverages around. price is good and the room is comfortable.

We stayed for 5 nights, and had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious and clean. Theres a shopping center next to it also subway not too far. But what made it so special for us is Ms. Kuo Sing Lu which is very nice and very helpful. She is so sincere, patient and outstanding! Thank you very much

We had a great stay here. The room was simple and clean, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic—super close to the metro station and directly connected to a mall, which made everything so convenient. The service was excellent, and a special shoutout to Ms. Guo at the reception for being so helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel for its great value and convenience!

We stayed for 7 nights. And had a pleasant stay. Will definitely book again if we are going back to Beijing. Hotel is very clean. The location is close to Metro and next building is a shopping mall. Very convenient.

The location was great. Walking distance to subway . The mall next to it have a lot of great food .

It’s newly open in June 24, overall it’s a decent hotel. Room looks new with all basic amenities such as water, shampoos, etc. When entering the room, the floor tiles feel sticky and oily. Breakfast menu are for locals with boiled egg,congee,etc. No coffee or bread or fried egg. Maybe due to cost, soya milk very watery. Don’t expect too much on breakfast. Location is very good, next to it shopping mall, you can get everything there.

Pro : The location was close to the MRT and eateries. Con : 1. When checking in, the girl asked what I wanted with an unfriendly face. Then she gave me the room key without a smile. 2. The milk tea at the reception, which is supposed to be provided for guests, was not always filled up promptly. Sometimes there was no milk tea powder and sometimes no water. When asked, they just replied "okay" without replenishing them. 3. Breakfast was the worst. It was stated to be from 7-9am. By 8:10-8:30, the breakfast station only had leftovers like mantou, corn, and millet porridge. Foods like fruits, drinks (milk and soy milk), porridge, and dumplings were always finished. If you were lucky, you might still be able to get the remaining portions. When I told them the drinks were finished, the person just nodded and ignored us. Another guest asked how there could be no drinks with breakfast, and the person answered, "Can't be helped as there are a lot of people today." They said they had mineral water, but I did not see the staff giving water to the guests. Fruits were never replenished even when it was only 8:30am. When I told the man, he just nodded without doing anything. All the food was cold, and there was no bread at all. Also, before you finish your food, when it reaches 9am, the woman will come and ask, "Are you finished?" If you say yes, everything will be taken away, including the drinks you are trying to finish and the fruits on your plate. I feel this is rude as I haven't finished my food and drink. I only saw the man repeatedly asking guests for their breakfast tickets, while the woman kept washing dishes. I don't understand why there was so much washing. They should focus on replenishing the food, drinks, and fruits for the guests. If breakfast is going to be so unwelcoming, I suggest not including it when we book the hotel. We paid for breakfast, but I doubt this is what we expected. 4. For room cleaning, even though I did not put the sign outside the room, she kept knocking 2-3 times. There was one time at 5:45am, another at 10am, and again at 1pm. I was not feeling well and resting at that time. 5. The room heater is very inconvenient for accommodating two people bathing. It needs to be charged for 20 minutes each time." 6. The floor was dusty. I do not know if they vacuum during room cleaning.

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is Chinese food like mantou, siewmai, milk, soya milk.

Not enough hot water for 3 people to shower, needed to wait a while for boiler to heat up water.

So close to the subway station, very convenient place, markets and shopping mall is so close to the hotel.

A good new hotel in convenient location (close to shopping, food) with spacious loft style rooms.
