Stayed for 3 nights and the hotel is really busy. Reached in the morning but there is no room available. When we went back at night to check in, there is only one room available. The room was ok than expected in term of the size. We are happy cuz it has window. It was near the lift but we are out everyday. The only complain is the toilet bowl seat is not warm kind.

The hotel has a great location, nearby shops,walking distance from ping'an li subway station, prince kung's mansion and sichahai. But on the day of arrival, my room wasn't ready, so i had to wait. The receptionist was very kind to call me when the room was ready. The room is not sound proof, it's handy to bring earplugs. I had a room opposite of the elevator, i could hear all the noise.

The room is clean. Just 3 minutes walk from Ping’an Li station D exit gate. There are 3 subway lines (4,6,19) which is convenient to travel around the city. The road to hotel is quite narrow, so if you driving car, it might be a little difficult.

The hotel is well located: subway station very close, 3 subway lines and not far from lakes and also direct subway line for the summer palace and also,Long register process.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

房間隔音非常差，建議帶耳塞。房間空調顯示塵滿狀態，連續三天都是，很臟沒有及時清理。浴室地面臟，建議帶拖鞋。前台撥號為空號，酒店電話打不通，無法及時提供服務，（反饋已修好，但作為住客我認為他不合理，沒有任何聯繫上酒店的方式）。兩人入住僅提供一張房卡，但房間需插卡取電，跟前台反饋仍需一張，我採用了禮貌用語，但當晚前台很冷漠！！！先強調房卡丟失賠償20，我闡述原因，他打斷，問我住幾晚，我表明四晚，他認為我沒聽懂他的提問，是還要住幾晚，我回答是當天入住共四晚。包括詢問機器人送餐問題，整個交流都讓我感覺是我自己沒配合好酒店前台的工作，體驗感很差。

酒店地段不錯，離地鐵站特別近，出行很方便，旁邊就是護國寺小吃街。每天都有工作人員打掃房間，更換新的床品和洗漱用品。房間也沒有異味，用品乾淨整潔，前台也比較熱情。下次來還是會優先考慮這家

居住環境很安靜，地理位置方便，平安裏地鐵站、護國寺小吃一條街、早餐都很方便。距離什剎海、北海公園也很近，整體都很好。

各方面都挺好，就是可能樓層高，熱水不容易上去，房間雖然朝陽，晚上還是冷點，空調不給力，光有聲，制熱不行

房間略小乾淨，衞生廁所有自動馬桶；服務員態度好有求必應；阿姨打掃得乾淨；地理位置優越出門3分鐘就能走到地鐵站；步行五分鐘到護國寺小吃街，很多網紅店，味道都很不錯；距離各大景點近，交通方便，下次也來～

酒店在衚衕裏，離地鐵站近，比較安靜。前台服務周到，上下樓有電梯。房間不是很大，設施比較齊全，有個小圓桌可以辦公，床墊也比較舒服。

來北京旅遊找的酒店，酒店位置很好，在西二環的衚衕裏，離地鐵站很近，周邊三條地鐵線，去哪都方便。離護國寺小吃約500米，周邊美食也方便，離什剎海、恭王府散着步就到了。

房間很安靜、乾淨整潔；通風采光也很好，距離地鐵站方便！
