Xiu, the host, takes great care of all her guests. Family picked us up at Gubei Water Town, and made arrangements for visiting the Simatai and Jinshanling section of the Great Wall. They give genuine advice on places to visit, and goes out of their way to make your visit memorable. Place is neat and clean and has almost all the necessary facilities. Food is cooked at home and is delicious. Recommended for families and all guests.

The stay at Yunyeshu Boutique Homestay was an amazing and one of a kind experience. The hosts are extremely kind and generous people, you feel part of the family the second you arrive. As we were 4 female friends we greatly appreciated the extra care received - suggesting to drive us to the restaurant at night, because it was dark outside was very thoughtful. We spent 1 night at this place. The rooms were tidy and cosy with access to a common area equipped in karaoke machine, that the hosts turn on at night to throw a big singing party for all the guests. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm and the hosts are very helpful with every travelling concern or question you might have. They are also happy to assist you with your travel plans - driving us to the Great Wall to see the sunset is something I will always be grateful to them for. Thank you for making our stay special🫶

The Homestay was very nice.  Beautiful mixture of modern and traditional elements,  Attention to detail, very clean. The hosts are very nice and attentive.  The area is incredible, we watched sunset on the Great Wall and could just walk there.

I have been to this hotel twice and the hosts are truly amazing, extremely nice and very helpful as they drove us and helped us with tickets to Gubei Water town and the sunset on the Great Wall! Totally recommend! 

This place is perfect! We loved everything about it! The hosts took grate care of us! They cooked us delicious meals, took us hiking with them on the Great Wall and treat us as dear friends! Excellent hospitality! We do not speak any Chinese, but the communication went very smooth! We would highly recommend this cosy hotel to everyone and hope to come back someday!

Xiu and her husband were amazing hosts! The place is very close to the station, and that includes dinners with all the guests, karaoke evenings... They feature additional services, such as a ride to the Gubeikou Water Town, rides to the Great Wall... Thanks again for an amazing night in Gubeikou, and hopefully we'll meet again, maybe in London!

Best stay we had on our 3 weeks traveling China! Absolutely clean and cozy, but the best part are the hosts! Just amazing people that will help you with anything. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic family hotel near the Great Wall, where we really felt at home during or visit in February 2025. Recently renovated with taste and attention to energy efficiency, this small hotel only has a few rooms, but they are very cosy. Their internet page says no food is available, but actually the hosts offered a very nice dinner and a very good breakfast for a small additional fee. They are also keen to offer their advice and help for visiting the Great Wall and other attractions. We regret we spent only one night there. Warmly recommended.

We had more than a hotel room, a real experience, felt like being hosted by friends ! The place is lovely, warm and comfortable. We had delicious diner and breakfast. The location is very close to the Jinshanglin Great Wall and we were helped to organize our visit there, for instance we were offered a ride to go there and come back, with a help to purchase tickets. We highly recommend Yunyeshu Boutique Hotel ! We hope we will come back 

We had a wonderful time at the accommodation. The hosts were very friendly and took time for us. The rooms in the accommodation are very modern and have great facilities. The accommodation offers delicious food, a transport service and a great roof terrace. For us it was one of the best experiences in China. Many thanks for the friendliness and the tips for the hikes. We enjoyed our time very much.

房間的裝修風格我特別喜歡，每個角落的設計也挺用心的，房子又乾淨又美觀住着很舒服。屋外有一個小院子，天氣涼爽的時候坐在院子裏也很愜意。民宿還有一個公共區域，大家可以在裏面唱歌暢聊真的很適合三五好友一起包院，夏天的時候還可以抓魚燒烤！ 老闆娘和老闆人都特別好，老闆娘做的飯也好吃，早餐孩子就炫了一大杯燕麥牛奶🥛，超級好喝，還有油餅，真的都想打包回來😂，孩子説還想再去，等夏天的時候過來抓魚再來這邊真的很期待！

非常精緻、乾淨衞生的精品民宿，文化氣芬濃厚，老闆一家人非常好，服務非常好。在外面玩累了，回來後可以卡拉OK高歌一曲，還有自動麻將機。下次來古北口遊玩一定還選他家住。

這次旅行能找到這麼棒的民宿，真是太幸運了！ 房間一共有4間，每一間都佈置得温馨又舒適，空間寬敞，採光也特別好。公共區域的設施更是給這次旅行增添了不少樂趣，麻將桌和 KTV 設備一應俱全，和朋友們一起搓麻將、唱歌，笑聲回蕩在整個民宿，歡樂不斷。 廚房非常寬敞，廚具齊全，感覺自己都能化身大廚露一手。要是不想動手，也完全沒問題，老闆做的飯菜超有特色，口味獨特，食材新鮮，每一口都讓人滿足。 最讓我感動的是老闆的熱情，從我們預訂開始，就一直耐心解答各種問題。入住期間，還熱心地給我們推薦周邊好玩的地方和好吃的餐館，讓我們的旅行少走了很多彎路。 這次在這家民宿的體驗堪稱完美，無論是家庭聚會還是朋友出遊，這裏都是絕佳選擇，下次一定還來！

服務棒！環境好！飯也很好吃！距離火車站近，到金山嶺、卧虎山、水鎮都不太遠，很適合旅遊休閑住宿！主要是老闆和老闆娘人特別好！
