Siye Homestay (Sanlitun Gongti Branch)

This place was nice and cosy. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 children 8,4,2) huge bathroom upstairs and a washing machine downstairs in the other washroom. Was clean and tidy upon arrival :) We chose this place to be within the 5th ring for our private transfer to the Great Wall. It has a little convenient store just outside the building. It is also within walking distance to shops/restaurants and a plaza too. Communication with host was all done through WeChat and the instructions given were easy to follow. Even when I was unsure of something, I was able to contact the host easily and they were able to answer my questions and queries in a timely manner. Only con I had was the smell of smoke throughout the building but that did not effect our stay too much! Also couldn’t quite understand how to use the tv/projector, but didn’t bother us too much either as we were out most of the day, and was just wanting it in the evenings to unwind :)

Really an amazing place to stay, service was good and very clean and all the little extras was nice to see.

There are 4 queen sized beds. Spacious place with a projector for tv. There is only 1 bathroom with shower facilities, the other is mainly a toilet and equipped with a washing machine. Contact person is friendly, very responsive and helpful, answering my questions very promptly. Location of the accommodation is quite convenient to hail taxi, with Changee and some restaurants downstairs the office lobby.

This is a very good hotel super clean the host also help me with my package and the location is good also near the mall SOHO sanlitun

Service was great. Our towels were changed daily. Great view of the city. It's about 10-15 mins walk from the metro. The only comment i have is although there are 2 toilets. Only 1 has the shower and the bathtub in the same toilet. So it defeats the purpose of having 2 toilets sine only 1 can be used for showering.
