Thank you very much for your help at the New National Exhibition Hotel at the Capital Airport. I was really moved. I went on a business trip to China, landed at the capital airport, and took a taxi to the Yaduo Hotel I booked. The taxi driver here is really annoying. He arrived at the hotel in ten minutes less than 3 kilometers away, and then I was ready to check out and get off. The driver told me to ask for 100 yuan. I was very angry and argued with the driver. How could it cost 100 yuan for such a close distance? I argued with the driver for nearly ten minutes, and finally paid 100 yuan. Finally, I got out of the car very angry. I checked in in the lobby of the hotel, because I just got off the plane, and I didn't have time to exchange the name coins. I didn't pay enough for the room because of the taxi driver. I could only discuss with the hotel whether I could check in first. Unexpectedly, they trusted me very much and agreed directly. After going back to the room to clean up, go to the front desk to ask where the bank can exchange foreign currency. After communicating with the front desk for a long time, I still didn't understand much. The front desk took the initiative to say that they took me to change. It was really very considerate. On the way, I talked to the front desk about taking a taxi just now. I was very angry. I didn't expect to encounter such a thing in Beijing, China. I was speechless. Originally, I thought it was over. After I returned to China, I received an email from the hotel, saying that their store checked the monitoring for me, found the taxi company and contacted the taxi driver, and was willing to return my expenses. Thank you very much. The service here is really beyond imagination. I will go again on my next business trip. If I go to China in the future, I will definitely recommend them to the New National Exhibition Yaduo Hotel at the Capital Airport.
