The modern lobby wasn‘t in the same building as our Appartement/room. It‘s seems that some of these rooms were in rent and not for hotel guests. Maybe some sort of Community or rental apartements according to internet. The huge lobby and reception (nobody there) felt like a „lost place“. Not renovated/updated since decades. Also the pool area in front of this „main“ building wasn‘t taken care of. A broken sunshade and deck chairs weren’t white anymore. At the shore there were places which were not secured anymore. For example missing safety fences which could in our opinion even be dangerous for children or even adults. It seems there was below the restaurant (which was owned by the hotel anymore), nicer rooms with separate pool, but the communication on their internet page wasn‘t clear for us at all.

The views are amazing but the customer service is horrible. The management (the one young woman in charge) has no interest in making the stay enjoyable for the guests. In fact it seems they go out of their way to make it unpleasant. They are rude, condescending, and not helpful. The place is stunning but the rooms are dated and run down for the price.

Hotel en un enclave precioso. Cala natural a la que acceder muy bonita y camas muy confortables para descansar. Es lo único. 370 euros noche por un Hotel con las vistas desde la habitación que muestro en foto, sin restaurante propio ni cafetería y con una recepción muy amable pero no eficiente y habitación muy mal insonorizada. Check In a las 16:00 horas, solicitamos reserva en mesa para cenar en el restaurante donde supuestamente nos servirían el desayuno. Nos indican que lo gestionarán y que nos dirán algo. A las 18:00 subimos a preguntar , . Nos atiende otr@ recepcionista, si queremos ir nosotros a preguntar que vayamos, vamos a preguntar ……y justo acababan de dar la última mesa. El principal problema es que para cualquier otro sitio hay que coger el coche o bien cenar en la habitación. Las otras habitaciones con vistas al mar se ve el lavabo desde fuera….y así Múltiples detalles que no comentaré. No recomiendo el sitio. Hôtel dans un endroit magnifique. C'est la seule chose. 370 euros la nuit pour un Hôtel avec la vue depuis la chambre que je montre sur la photo, sans restaurant ni cafétéria et avec un accueil très sympathique mais pas efficace et une chambre très mal insonorisée. Arrivée à 16h00, nous avons demandé une réservation de table pour le dîner au restaurant où le petit-déjeuner serait censé être servi. Ils nous disent qu'ils y parviendront et qu'ils nous diront quelque chose. A 18h00, nous sommes montés demander. Un autre réceptionniste s'occupe de nous, si nous voulons aller demander, allons-y, nous demanderons... et ils venaient de céder la dernière table. Le principal problème est que pour aller ailleurs, il faut prendre la voiture ou dîner dans la chambre. Les autres chambres avec vue sur la mer permettent de voir le lavabo de l'extérieur...et ainsi de suite Multiples détails que je ne commenterai pas. Je ne recommande pas le site. That's the only thing. 370 euros a night for a hotel with the views from the room I show in the photo, without its own restaurant or cafeteria and with a very friendly but not efficient reception and a very poorly soundproofed room. Check in at 4:00 p.m., we request a table reservation to dine in the restaurant where they were supposed to serve us breakfast. They tell us that they will arrange it and that they will tell us something. At 6:00 p.m. we go up to ask, . Another receptionist helps us, if we want ask to the restaurante we can do it, so we go to ask... and they had just given us the last table. The main problem is that for any other place you have to take the car or dine in the room. The other rooms with sea views you can see the toilet from outside... and so on. Multiple details that I will not comment on. I do not recommend the place.
