優點： 房間比較大， 有藝術裝飾畫，沿河 缺點： 裝飾較老氣， 暖氣片壞了，卧室和廁所比較冷， 沒有插座， 充電，電吹風使用衹能把其他電燈電源拔掉，勉強可以用。 窗簾也壞了， 拉不攏 早上很亮。 樓下沒有停車位，需要走7分鐘去另一個街區的樓上停車場， 一晚停車11鎊左右。 如果下雨就非常麻煩，還要自己帶着行李走很遠。 不會再住了

These guys know customer service and they're not afraid to use it! We had a problem on our last visit to Bedford and Oli and his team went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. Simply can't recommend this hotel highly enough. As well as that, it's central, the rooms are beautiful, and the breakfasts are amazing. Really, don't think twice, just make Albero your first choice for Bedford.

Room was lovely with a nice sleigh bed and overlooking the river. Bathroom a bit empty but enormous. Dinner downstairs was absolutely first class and breakfast in the morning excellent. Incredible value too. Bedford, to be honest, isn’t the nicest of places but if you’re staying here for any reason the Albaro is a must-stay.

My stay at Albero Lounge was great! The room was very spacious, pretty and clean. The bed was very comfortable (although a little creaky) and the big bath was lush! The room was extremely quiet, the location is convenient and the staff were super friendly. The guy who initially greeted me (whose name i unfortunately dont remember) was lovely! The taps in the bathroom made a lot of noise when being used and there was a bit of a wait when I was ordering food due to small number of staff on. Overall just some minor (somewhat picky) complaints but mainly a very pleasant stay!

Absolutely lovely hotel in the centre of Bedford. Stayed here for one night on our way to Kent from the north. The room was fabulous, very clean, very comfy bed and the biggest shower head!! Also an amazing breakfast in the restaurant below in the morning. Will definitely be back.

Right next to thr heart of Bedford. Stylish and very English looking room with comfy bed for a Great sleep and an amazing bathtub which fills out very fast with hot water. Coffee, tea, biscuits are a nice touch .

Fabulous first stay at Albero Lounge. Extremely warm welcome on arrival and was shown to my room. My room was beautiful (very nicely appointed) and the kind staff member was very thorough in explaining everything. Spotlessly clean with wonderful walk-in shower and good provision of shampoo, shower gel etc. Room also delightfully quiet. Breakfast begins at 9am and the choice is very good...both breakfasts I had were beautifully done. I would only change one element and that is the black pudding...would urge you to use Stornoway black pudding instead. All staff members were very helpful, polite and cheery! So in summary would I stay again: Yes, Yes, Yes. Is there anything at all that I would change...I would ask you to put a blind on the velux window to block out the early morning sunlight and I would ask you to turn down the music volume at breakfast service.

Stayed on a Monday night in a very comfortable room (bed was excellent), that was very quiet despite being above a restaurant / bar area. Ate there in the evening and at breakfast - food was good served by friendly and helpful staff. Albero has an arrangement with a gym 50m away to allow guests to use their facilities - which is a real plus. Only downside was the radiator in the room didnt seem to be adjustable - the room was cool, which was fine for me but might not suit others. Nice location next to the river with other dining options close by. Great first visit - will stay again.

Fantastic stay in this hotel after watching Simply Red in concert in Bedford Park. Hotel is within walking distance of the park so great location. Lovely setting by the river in redeveloped area watched the rowing from our bedroom window. Enjoyed a lovely stroll along the river in the morning. Rooms beautiful loved the decor and really comfortable bed which was huge! Bath tub was massive more like a small swimming pool and so was the shower. Attention to detail amazing. Staff very welcoming and check in process easy. Don’t be put off by bar below rooms we didn’t hear a sound.
