Plas Tan y Graig

Great base for exploring snowdon. Stayed 2 nights, lovely clean airy room with river and mountain view from the front. Several pubs and restaurants within 5 minute walk(or less). Nice welcoming hosts and a great breakfast to sustain the days hiking. Bedgelert is a beautiful village and we easily used the sherpa bus to get to the mountain paths and back. Would like to go back for longer and mix it up with a visit to the seaside at Caernarfon.

Plas Tan Y Graig is a lovely B&B, very welcoming, clean, well kept and a fabulous breakfast! We wanted somewhere to stay in Snowdonia as we had planned to walk Snowdon Mountain, it was perfect, 30 mins from Llanberis and the drive was spectacular, with an opportunity to stop and take a photo of Snowdon on the way to Llanberis. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the B&B to anyone.

We had a great stay here following climbing Snowdon. Annette and Mark were fantastic hosts with great recommendations of places to eat and things to do in the area. The room was lovely with a range of sweet treats and amazing toiletries which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend to stay here if you ever in the area.

Great Guest House in a fantastic location. Rooms are comfortable and well decorated. Some have fabulous views too. Breakfast is very filling with plenty of options and the hosts are friendly. Have stayed here twice now and already planned a third visit.

The B&B is in a great location, not far from the village centre and about 15 minutes from Snowdonia, which was why we booked it in the first place. It’s very comfortable and the room was clean, with a solid bed and modern shower and toilet. The food was freshly made and delicious. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, definitely made us feel at home and we hope to return one day to explore more of north Wales. Might be an idea to book local restaurants ahead of time because they get full up pretty fast.

We stayed here recently for 2 nights the B&B overlooks the River Colwyn and is spotlessly clean and airy. The accommodation hosts a lovely dining area, Guests Lounge and Garden area so you don’t feel closed in as in some B&Bs. There is room to move around. The outside terrace was a particular bonus as we were able to sit outside and relax in the sunshine taking in the stunning views! Our room was clean with lots of little extras such as fresh milk, biscuits, water, tissues and toiletries. I always appreciate a shower cap, cotton wool and buds too Lots of nice quirky ornaments to feast your eyes on whilst enjoying breakfast which I have to say was very tasty and well-presented on both mornings. Hosts were friendly and helpful and even made us a great packed lunch for our day out in Criccieth on the beach. It was the first time I had visited Beddgelert and loved it. It is very scenic with great views of the mountains and lovely walks along the river and places to picnic. Plenty of places to eat out also. Yr Hebog was very nice and we were able to eat outside on the first evening we arrived as it was so warm and humid which was lovely. Everything felt on the doorstep and we would definitely enjoy staying there again!
