AC Hotel Portland Beaverton

This is a wonderful, clean hotel with an excellent staff that seems comitted to high customer service. The fitness center is large and well appointed. The room was well lit, clean, and had a large bathroom. My only negative is minimal storage for clothes as there are no drawers, just shelves. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from.

Clean, spacious room. Seems like a new or recently renovated hotel. But you can hear every noise from the hallway. Puzzling design choices like the frosted glass bathroom door, mirror finish trim, and odd shower controls. Free parking right outside.

Newer property that has roomy, spacious rooms, modern amenities, great bar, breakfast selection - costs $15 whole dollars - for what you get it is a deal, and very friendly staff - Specially Angel the AGM was helpful; Joe, Ronni and Halley at the bar were awesome (great drinks!); Aries the night audit was super friendly; Kathy and Abby in the breakfast area was fantastic!

We had three rooms over four nights during our stay. The staff at this property consistently showed that their main focus was doing whatever they could to best serve their customer (guests). Every interaction, from working with Tricia (their sales manager) to arrange a room block, to the front desk team , to the restaurant/bar staff, to brief passing by of housekeeping, the interactions were about serving guests in the best possible manner. The hotel was exceptionally clean during our stay, which could be summed up to it being relatively new but more likely due to the pride the team has in maintaining it at that level. Seemingly irrelevant but significant detail - everyone working at this location seemed happy to be there. That matters. This level of consistency and culture only comes through good leadership. So, kudos to the GM (whom we didn't get to meet) and leadership team. Lastly, the location is also great, easily walkable for those wanting to get outside or pick up groceries.

Nice rooms, great staff. For a new hotel, disappointing level of noise from adjacent rooms. Quite a few car chargers available to go with free parking. A lively bar area. Thanks to the front desk (Brianna) who moved quickly to find us a quieter room at 1:30am.
