Homewood Suites by Hilton Hillsboro/Beaverton

We stayed for a couple nights while visiting family in the area. Great breakfast selection! Love the variety every day - always some type of meat, plus other options for us non-egg eaters. One day there were potato pancakes - yum! Room was comfy and bed was nice, like the space provided with a suite. Stocked coffee and a fridge available with an ice maker. Quiet at night, one afternoon we were around and being next to the laundry was noisy. Pool area was quite pleasant, nice to sit for a few and chill. The water was a bit cold for swimming. Safe neighborhood. I didn’t know about the $10/night parking which took me my surprise (why?)

They are the best. My daughter came in town from AZ and said it was a wonderful vacation. All the staff were excellent customer service was a 10. The general manager was so accommodating. I will definitely refer family and friends to stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton.

We forgot our MacBook charger in the room. After checkout within 2 hours, we called back and they said they will check and get back to us. We even provided the exact location of the charger but they denied that they found it. They even confirmed that that room is not rented to anyone else and that the housekeeping checked the room. We called multiple times to get this response. It's just insane that Hilton hotel started to keep the things which are expensive. We never had this issue in the past for more then 15 years with Hilton but this particular hotel staff is like that. Do not trust the hotel staff or housekeeping at this hotel.

The staff is absolutely amazing and very helpful. I Love this place. I will continue to stay here in the future. (maybe they will look into getting a hot tub in the future and another day with social) ;-)

Friendly staff. Well maintained. A/C broken at checkin. Reported. Portable unit provided until repair could be made next day. Service was very good. Will stay at this property again when in Portland. Well done.

Stayed many times while visiting family (including during COVID - May 2021) as the location was perfect and we liked the suite set up and amenities. However, will probably never stay again. Rates are now over $100 MORE per night from last year. During stay last week, a room with Hilton discount & including taxes was $394.00/day which included a $10 per day parking fee (parking was free before). Breakfast - which used to be great - was scaled down with few options. Were told rooms were "all fully renovated". Not so. The same worn furniture and fixtures were there. The original doors still creaked loudly and fit poorly. Our room had a terrible smell - both sweet and rotten at the same time. Tried to air it our but there were dark stains on the carpet, so we assumed something was spilled on it. Did not try to change rooms as we were told they were fully booked (which we thought was strange as we only ever saw a handful of guests). The previously included evening weeknight dinners with wine has been reduced to Wednesdays only. Grocery shopping for guests - important for business travelers - has been eliminated. Rooms are now cleaned every 4 days. Without the perks, it was no better than a standard motel. There are several new hotel options in Beaverton with better rates, so you can do much better. On past visits I would have rated this hotel as a 5. Now it is just sad.

We were pleasantly greeted by the hotel staff when we arrived. It only took about 4 minutes for check-in and receiving our room keys. The room was very clean, linens crisp. Would definitely stay here again, if we are in the area.

Stayed here for multiple nights. We have been coming to this hotel once a year for the past eight years. It has a great hot breakfast buffet which it recently revived post-Pandemic era. Unfortunately, we were surprised as our bed on arrival didn't seem "made" (the pillows looked wrinkled and the bedspread looked old). We tried to move to a different room, but the hotel said it was booked up and couldn't accommodate our request, Spoke to housekeeping manager who assured us it was "clean." Also, felt that hotel needs to increase its cleaning to every third day instead of fourth (at least to empty waste bins and clean the bathroom!). Finally, the cleaning staff jumped the gun before we checked out and started pulling apart our room and even took some of our items down to the front desk's Lost and Found! We had to retrieve our items there. Hope that hotel updates its bedding and improves housekeeping service.

This was my first time in the Portland area at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Hillsboro/Beaverton. I booked my stay here for 30 days because I was not certain if I wanted to stay in the same hotel for my full stay here in Portland. After checking in my first night I was very pleased. Jasmine is on top of all housekeeping needs and has a great housekeeping crew. Paula and her front desk crew Charisma, Apple, Rita, Jennifer, Niko and Marti went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable. Brian does a great job of keeping everything going smoothly around the hotel. I would also like to give Mary Ann a huge Thank You for all her work and the TEAM she has here at Homewood. THANK YOU ALL for the good mornings, warm welcomes after work, great attitude, sense of humor, the smiling faces and the smiles that are put on mine. I extended my stay here at Homewood for my remaining time here in Portland. I would definitely recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton Hillsboro / Beaverton to my family and friends. THANK YOU!!!
