I am a paraplegic - my legs don't work. I called this hotel three times when reserving and confirming an accessible room with a ROLL-IN SHOWER. I was told 3 times that I had reserved a room with a ROLL-IN SHOWER. Upon arrival, I discovered that the shower had a 4 inch step-in edge which was WORTHLESS to me. I tried to find other hotels in the area, but at that late time, no accessible rooms with roll-in showers were available. The toilet was also inaccessible due to the placement of an awkward intake water line about a foot from the wall. The added fact that the bathroom door couldn't shut was only a minor inconvenience. And the placement of the hand-held shower being mounted 6 feet up the shower wall??? That's the first time I've seen that one! Fellow wheelchair users would be wise to "hop" "skip" and "jump" over this property when visiting the beautiful state of Wisconsin in the future.

We stayed here with 4 other couples and had a great experience. The hotel is newly renovated. The breakfast area is very large and overlooks the pool. The breakfast included waffles, bacon, sausage and eggs.the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. Would recommend this hotel if staying in the area.

The staff was very helpful and professional in their demeanor. Our room was clean as were other public spaces. The pool and hot tub area was well maintained. The breakfast was mediocre with few options beyond eggs that tasted like a rehydrated mix. Very little fresh fruit. The exterior lighting was harsh and shone into our first floor room. Perhaps the management can consider using less invasive lighting and improve the aesthetics of the building. More landscaping would certainly help.

First impressions are important; the girl at check in was abrupt and unfriendly which was instantly offputting. The room was smallish and fairly clean with hair in the sink and shower; there were streaks on the sink and faucet surfaces reflecting a wipe down with a dirty cloth. Oddly placed towel rack and toilet paper roll both too far to reach from shower/toilet. Poor data signal on phone necessitated wifi use, which was fine, except I don’t usually like to use hotel wifi for security reasons. Bed was comfy enough, I enjoyed the soft squishy pillows! Breakfast was sparse but had adequate seating. Given that there are not any good choices for quite a distance this place is good enough.

The remodel has made this my first choice in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. It's beautiful, clean and fully updated. Way to go and congrats on the huge updated pool and hottub good breakfast and wonderful, friendly service. We will definitely make this our choice.

This place is brand new, and very nice! We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they look very clean and perfect. Staff was exceptional; GM checked us in on Saturday & was very pleasant and helpful. Same with the person who checked us out on Sunday. Will definitely go back as my son & DIL live in Beaver Dam.

Huge improvement over the last hotel that was there. This is clean, modern and nice decor although the lobby and dining area are a little stark. Very convenient to Wayland Academy. Walkable to campus.

Room was clean. Rooms were nicely remodeled. Breakfast was decent. Hot tub could have been warmer though. Only other issue was we were in room at end of hall and light from outside shown in our room despite trying to shut the drapes.

Seems like they are still working on renovations but it was a nice property for the area and would stay there again! The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. Kids enjoyed the pool and there were several restaurants nearby.
