It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. This fee must be paid prior to check-in. ✅ Pets must not be left unattended at the property at any time. ✅ Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside and outside of the home. ✅ If a pet causes damage or requires additional cleaning, guests will be responsible for the cost of repairs or cleaning, which will vary depending on the extent of the issue. ✅ Bringing an unapproved pet may result in a $150 violation fee.
