Tusan Beach Resort - All Inclusive

We had a one week stay in the hotel and by far the animation team made it for my 2 year old and 4 year old! They loved the pools and the mini disco. The food was really good too. We enjoyed our stay very much. My daughter is still asking if we can see Ahmet from the entertainment team

This hotel is really amazing!!! Room is very clean and comfortable ,food is very delicious, lovely position, beautiful garden animation are so energetic and fun, especially Barbie and Eddy. Living our best life YOLO

Merve, ceyhun and sinan Are by far the Most awesome People. They allways took care about us. Merve is the Most lovely Person. Ceyhun took care about all of my Problems. Sinan was the best Boy to bring the Drinks. Yeliz is also a very nice Person. So friendly and understandable.

The Hotel looks out onto a beautiful bay with a park area close by the rear. The bars and sitting areas look out onto the bay which is lovely and relaxing. SeeThe Restaurants served very good food options so there was plenty of choice available. The comfortable rooms and beds ensure a good night's sleep.

Room (Family Room) : spacey, required some renewal, good Wifi connectivity (free of charge), fournitures sometimes heavily used, musty odor/smell, daily cleaning, good job from the roommate's staff, light mold in the dush room/black, bathroom fittings not more in a good state, tea/hot water facilities available, no free minibar Restaurant/Food : good choice, no icecream at lunch or dinner, lukewarm food, plates not heated, waiters/waitresses pay a lot attention and do a good and stress job, no "simmit". Unfortunately, I got a stomach flu maybe due to inadequate temperature of food. Bar/Daily buffets : no fresh fruits, no iced tea, bar always opened, free icecream only in the late afternoon in one of the pool bar. Disco Bar : not open, NO FREE CONSUMPTION (okay if you take in account "international in all rules" but for the 5* Star Hotel in Turkey !!) Guests Relation : available, middle helpful, not rude but not very super friendly Animation : not much offer due to October business, daily night animation (only a few times of quality, most was "home made") Reception : pay attention, little language misinterpretation, if issues : reasonable delays of solving them/sometimes you have to ask twice Ice for drinks weren't not cooled Some waiters put a bit too much alcool in prepared cocktails Some little concerns about food safety (for the first time in Turkey, it was my nineth visit and second in Izmir District) My own case was reported to the Guest Relation Manager (she took note).

Stunning location! The dining view was beautiful, with a dreamy sunset. The location itself wasn’t bad — it was our first time in Kuşadası, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect. We explored the area, and it had its charm. As we went at the end of May, there was no entertainment, as the outdoor theatre was closed off — apparently, it wasn’t busy enough. We were really looking forward to the pool party, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen either. The rooms were nice and clean. However, one downside was that the staff seemed bored due to the lack of guests. As a family, we travel a lot, and I’ve been to Turkey many times before, usually staying in the Belek area — so maybe my expectations were higher than usual. Also, everything had an extra charge — even the hammam, which was a bit of a letdown. Would I go back? Yes — the views from our room were absolutely stunning, and the sea was so clean, with fish everywhere, which my kids loved.
