We had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The service was shockingly poor, with employees displaying an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. They seemed completely indifferent to the needs of their customers, making it feel as though our presence was more of an inconvenience than a priority. Communication was also a major issue, as the staff struggled with even basic English, which led to confusion and delays in getting what we ordered. Additionally, the wait time for everything was unreasonably long. From being seated to receiving our food, every step of the process felt unnecessarily slow, and it didn’t seem like the staff was making any effort to address this. The breakfast, which used to be a highlight of this place, has gone downhill significantly. Despite the increased prices, the quality of the food has noticeably deteriorated. The selection was underwhelming, and the items that were available tasted stale or poorly prepared. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the higher prices. This restaurant needs to make significant improvements in its service, communication, and food quality before I would ever consider returning.
