Batıhan Vadi Hotel

Absolutely loved it. So far removed from a conventional hotel but with all the services + you would get from the best hotels. Accommodation. We spent 10 nights in a ‘family room’ which is actually 2 rooms. My wife and I in one, my daughter and grandson in the other on an all inclusive basis. Rooms were lovely, cleaned every day, free drinks in fridge replenished every day. Stepped out the sliding doors to the pool. No hustle and bustle. No fighting for chairs or beds. Heaven. Lifeguard by the pool was Alper who was so friendly and helpful. Got great with the kids and if we needed anything he either got it himself or got on his walkie talkie and like magic, it appeared. At our request the reception manager showed us around one of the villas (probable future visit for next year big 80 celebration). They are stunning. The is food in the main restaurant was plentiful and varied. The restaurant staff were polite and helpful. A particular mention to Ozzi (apologies for spelling) and Hayati + all other staff. The grounds are spread out and are well kept. It’s a lovely walk around with the peacocks, waterfowl and varied other ducks roaming the grounds freely,but in the heat it is better to go to reception or any staff with a walkie talkie who will magic you up an electric buggy to take you anywhere in the grounds. It really is a magic system and they are more than happy to do it. A visit to The Rondolfo bar day or night, opposite the small shop and ice cream and cakes and buns, all included in the AI. The entertainment staff were always on hand. If you wanted to go to the mini golf or Archery you simply ask them and they immediately get you there (electric buggy) with all required equipment. We asked if there was any Karaoke and they asked when we wanted it and it was there. Two lovely Karaoke nights with Oldies and children (brits and Turks getting on splendidly). A big call out to Yight and Efe (again apologies for spelling) who sorted it all out and were so friendly and helpful throughout as were all the staff. A big thank you to them all for making our holiday special. I shall return.

This hotel looks absolutely stunning — and that’s exactly what it is: just looks. Everything feels like a movie set. Beautiful from the outside, but once you actually try to enjoy the services, it all starts falling apart. The room was stylish, sure, but the air conditioning barely worked and the Wi-Fi was painfully slow. The so-called “private pool” was freezing cold and clearly not cleaned regularly. We booked a massage at the spa, expecting something relaxing, but it felt rushed and unprofessional — like the staff just wanted to get it over with. And breakfast? Cold eggs, watery juice, and a lot of style but no real flavor. Staff seemed trained more for photos than for actual service. Smiles were there, but the care wasn’t. We asked for help with a transport arrangement, and no one really followed up — just vague answers and fake nods. Honestly, it’s all show and no soul. If you're looking for real hospitality, this isn’t it.

Highly recommend visiting this hotel! Amazing resort with beautiful surroundings and a variety of different wildlife including peacocks, ostriches, emus, gazelles and lots more! We stayed in a Superior Villa and we were delighted with the size of the rooms and swimming pool. The garden is very private and peaceful, it comes with its own pool, jacuzzi and cabana. The mini bar is filled daily with soft drinks and beer. The food and drink is delicious. All meals are a la carte and there is a huge variety to choose from. Every member of staff we met were hugely welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are an absolute credit to the hotel. We had an amazing holiday, very relaxing and we will definitely go back.
