*SECURITY IS MASSIVE CONCERN* NO CLEANERS FOR OVER 10DAYS ##Location: The hotel is ideally situated, with shops, restaurants, cafes, a bakery, and a casino all nearby. ##Capacity: During our stay in early November, the hotel wasn’t very busy. However, four lifts may not be sufficient during peak season. ##Rooms: The rooms are well-shaped and comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff were rarely seen; despite our requests, we only encountered them once in over ten days. While the room includes a washing machine (but no dryer), we managed our own towels and bed sheets. The kitchen is equipped with some cooking tools, sufficient for preparing simple meals like pasta. The balcony offers a nice view that would be even more enjoyable in the summer. The bathrooms often had a lingering odor, and significant amounts of hair in the showers clogged the drains, resulting in standing water during showers. ##Service and SECURITY: The receptionists were not particularly helpful, especially during a security incident when a drunk guest caused a disturbance and pushed my friend. We chose not to involve the police to avoid unnecessary complications. The hotel lacks adequate security support. One friendly receptionist did assist with language translation, but her manager only spoke Georgian and took no ownership of the situation. ##Overall: While the location and rooms are great, the lack of security and responsive staff is concerning. Guests should be vigilant and prioritize their safety during their stay.

One of the worst experiences I ever had. 😤 The hotel never reaches the level of 5 stars. ❌ There are no services in the hotel, room cleaning is bad, and the response of the officials is almost non-existent. 😡 During my stay, one of the guests called the police due to a problem with the hotel management. 😱 I don't recommend this hotel. 🚫

Nice hotel in the new part of Batumi. It’s very close to the sea (just across the street). From our room we could see the sea and the skyscrapers around the hotel. The room was super ok, as expected (see the photos attached). I didn’t go to the hotel’s restaurant but you have some good options close by.

It is a very lovely place and it’s very lovely service from the reception and I wish every hotel in Georgia will be like it It is very beautiful. The people in this place is very classic very experience and very professional to do customer services the service is here is very seven star I cannot explain how I’m happy I am here

The hotel is in great location, staff are friendly and polite, service is very good. The hotel is clean and has almost all amenities inside rooms. The have oven, kettle, fridge, dinning sets and nice view. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the beach and city at the same time.
