Хороший вариант для остановки на пару дней по соотношению цена-качество. К управляющей компании вопросов нет. Заселение-выселение без проблем, всегда были на связи. К самому комплексу достаточно. Лифтов в часы-пик явно не достаточно, слышимость в номерах сильная. Есть плитка, но нет вытяжки.

Прекрасное расположение, все в шаговой доступности. Номер чистый и красивый. У нас был 42 этаж. Из минусов - к телефонам указаным в бронировании не привязаны мессенджеры, приходится звонить в роуминге на местный номер.

Местоположение отличное, приехали почти в 3 часа ночи, ключ был у ресепшн, заселились без проблем. в комнате есть стиралка, утюг, чайник не работал, но его заменили. Все отлично, спасибо

此酒店極其不建議入住 酒店服務人員態度極差 刁難客人 出示的預訂號和參考號説看不懂要全部英文的！房間沒有電話，房間漏水 被子又臟又潮沒法蓋，房間被個人承包！前台不收費私人帶Pos機私自收酒店費 野蠻暴力敲門催收！到前台處理不負責任不管難以置信！

Worst experience I had. Scam also, as booking dot com automatically adds a 10 star rating for the stay without my approval. There are 3 skyscrapers, 50 floors each, 50 apartments on each floor. They have 3-4 functional elevators at any given time, it takes at least 30 minutes to reach your apartment ( we were on the 13th floor). The studio had broken door handles and locks, aluminum foil around the smoke detectors, mold in the shower, broken kitchen furniture. The staff there will always reply to reviews with “it was your fault for using the elevator when it’s peak time of the day”. Not sure how can that be an excuse. Also, the lobby in ground floor is so crowded, it looks like a fish market, awful. Garbage bins placed near the building, smells awful in the heat. No parking available inside the building or any parking near it. I had an anxiety attack trying to reach to the elevator with my kids.

The service very bad even the front desk of the 37th floor was very rude as he took more than the booking cost as we asked to have the two rooms at the same floor however he didn’t upgrade the room also he didn’t provide any amenties like towels or blankets also there is no washing machine in the room howevet it is from the room facilities . Wifi is not working as well the curtains fall down
