The Grand Gloria Hotel

Отель не новый, но в него хочется вернуться и этим многое сказано. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, отдельное спасибо! Номер достаточно уютный, кровати хорошие. Завтрак отличный, все что надо есть, кроме красной рыбы) По заказу делают наивкуснейший омлет. Бассейн внутри с тёплой водой градусов 30. Есть подземный паркинг. Wi fi ловит даже на пляже. Думаю летом тут ещё прекрасней, но и цены уже другие.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. 1. **Room Service and Maintenance**: The TV channels in our room were not working, and despite informing the reception, the issue was disregarded completely. Additionally, when we activated the "Make Up My Room" indicator, the housekeeping staff only attended to our room after two days—and only after we raised a complaint. 2. **Staff Attitude**: The staff appeared indifferent and unmotivated in their duties. Their lack of care left a lasting impression that they prioritize having tourists over actually providing quality service. 3. **Breakfast Quality**: The breakfast was disappointing. Mold was spotted on some of the bread, and the fruit seemed to be old leftovers from previous mornings. It tasted off and did not meet even basic standards of freshness. When we addressed these concerns with the staff, they responded with complete apathy, showing no regard for whether their neglect might affect the health of their guests. Overall, this hotel showed a glaring lack of professionalism and accountability. I hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve their service and facilities. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to other travelers.

Украли все деньги из кошелька в спа комплексе. шкафчики на ключ не закрываются, за полтора часа все деньги украли. Крайне не рекомендую оставлять ценные вещи в этом комплексе. Attention! In the spa complex of this hotel, in the locker room from the locker from the bag all the money was stolen. The lockers do not lock with a key, the contingent of visitors leaves much to be desired. The staff did not help in anything, the police opened a criminal case. Avoid this place.

We stayed here for 3 nights, we had booked 4 rooms totally. The hotel was huge ,with a grand reception area. Hotel was conveniently located bang opposite a mall. Location of the hotel was very good. The rooms were large and spacious with big balcony which gave us an amazing view of the promenade and the sea. The breakfast spread was huge with lots of of different varieties. The rooms were comfortable and clean , though at times housekeeping was lacking. Staff were very polite and helpful. David and Kate were very nice. The hotel had a beautiful vibe, I would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel is nice. But breakfast is minimal! no good coffee, bred is not fresh, the pastries are not fresh too. not fit for 5 stars hotel at all! We went to buy breakfast uotsid! The facilities are nice, the location in good. We expect more from the hotel and the price we paid.

Hotel is good but not qualified enough to be a 5 star hotel pool is small although you can go to the beach which is more better breakfast is far from even a normal 5 star hotel . I even have been in a 3 star restaurant with better breakfast . even no warmer for bread and I saw a guy licked his finger and put it in nuts bowl and staff looked at him with smile ! Room was ok but the balcony door is not fixed good and noises outside is reall issue lots of staffs can not speak english and it was hard to communicate with them . beside that , they are not really warm and hospitable As I talked to other tourists , I found out that you can find better hotels near to the price of Grand Gloria By the way , they wont answer to your email , so don't waste your time :)
