Our experience was not good at this hotel.
We booked top category room
Swimming pool was not operational. We specially booked this hotel due to Swimming pool only.
Poor housekeeping service.
Every time you need water, you need to call them 3-4 times.

This is the best service and hotel in Batumi, and i'm stayed in many places. accommodation should cost more) very friendly staff, knowledge of several languages, calm atmosphere, delicious breakfasts. I will come again with great pleasure and of course I will stay at this particular apartment hotel.

this is the best service and hotel in Batumi, and we stayed in many places. accommodation should cost more) the staff is polite, they speak English. breakfast is 5+. cleanliness, service 24/7. it is a huge rarity to get such care in a hotel Thanks)

I loved the rooms and its amenities, the food was good and they had great coffee. The hotel was clean and nice with a close by location to a nice mall that you could walk to and is 5 mins away by var to the Grand mall, it's near the black sea as well with walking distance!! My only complaint is the slow service and elevor that takes over 20 mins to come to you and stops in every floor until it's full to go down to the lobby. Imagine all 28 floors using one elevator, it was hectic.

This is the most terrible hotel I have ever been. it does not deserve to be called a hotel - they know nothing about service, the hotel is super dirty, the elevators are small and you have to spend 1/3 of your trip waiting for the elevators. The swimming pool is especially dirty, avoid swimming there. You can find better places in batumi at cheaper prices. Avoid staying here

This wasn’t the hotel hotel that I was looking for. The breakfast ist not that good and the costumer service is not as good as I expected to be. and it’s far away from the city and the moment we got our room they forgot to even close the heater 😡 This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 star at all. 1- very mid breakfast and the options will ran out as soon as possible and the refill of the foods are slow. 2-the tv has 139 channels that only 5-9 of them are working properly. At the last when we checked out we went to the pool side but the workers didn’t let us go in the pool because we checked out before. we just wanted to swim for 15-30 minutes and after we had to go to somewhere else. In my opinion very bad experience and expensive not worth it at all. Think about other options

The worst customer service, the room didn't have pellows and i have requested them 6 hours ago with no luck, i called them 6 times and i went to reception and everytime they are telling me you will get them in 5-10 minutes. I feel that i will have to sleep without pillow tonight 😡😡 Feeling disappointed as this hotel shouldn't be rated 5 starts.

Impressed with the design of the lobby, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Stayed in 2-bedroom apartment, neat kitchenette, room was cozy and large. the view is fantastic, had a nice stay. Visited during Holidays, Definitely will visit again.
