트립닷컴에서 바투이에 예약한 호텔 제너럴을 택시를 타고 도착했는데 호텔이 영업을 하지 않는다고 문이 잠겨줘 있었다. 황당 그자체다. 다행히 트립닷컴에 연락하여 대체숙소를 찿아 주었으나 처음 예약한 호텔보다 시설및 규모는 좋았으나 침대가 다블베드라 건장한 남자 둘이서 자기가 좀 불편 할것 같아 베드가 2개인 상위 숙소로 체크인 했다. 여행 다니면서 이런 경우는 처음이다. 호텔은 청결 상태도 아주 좋았고 아침 조식도 좋았다. 직원들도 친절 했다.

Be sure to bring slippers with you because the hotel slippers are paper and slippers are useless. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 and the breakfast is pretty good. Dinner is from 8 to 10, I think it's normal for dinner. And the food runs out quickly, but it's always being topped up, so be careful when it's topped up. Go ahead and take it. The hotel staff are polite and kind, especially the waiters. The hotel also has a small private pool on the 3rd floor, which was closed until now, but today it will open from 9 am to 9 pm. On the positive side - a sauna and a beautiful lobby in the hotel and a short walk from the large shopping mall and quite a few supermarkets nearby. There is also a children's playroom in the hotel. The outdoor pool was with cold water during our visit time. The big problem with the hotel is that you can hear everything in the neighboring apartments. Especially if the neighbors are noisy, it's really annoying.

Very bad hotel for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast and dinner were of very good quality. I found hair in the food 3 times and I told the restaurant manager. The temperature in the restaurant was very cold. Overall, it was not at all like a 5 star hotel.😐😐😐😐
