Had the best honeymoon trip here at Lone Pine hotel! The food was good and I personally enjoy the overall experience being here. Love the calm environment so much and there’s a lot of aesthetically pleasing spots to capture. Definitely will repeat again in the future🤍

Hotel is good, relax, chilling and staffs are friendly! However, breakfast options are limited and not as fresh as expected.

Lovely stay. I really appreciate the kindness of the receptionist to accommodate my request for room facing sea and pool. Will come back

Had a wonderful stay at the Lone Pine, The place was clean, staff were helpful and welcoming, and the trees keep everything cool and quiet. A troop of monkeys even made an appearance.

Love the vibes of hotel. Suit for people who love calmness and quiet place. However my BAD experience that spoil the whole mood is when im been charge for late checkout without information of late check out "rate". Usually im staying at all hotel 5 stars at feringghi ( I already tried all 5 stars hotel at feringghi) even other than feringghi 5 stars hotel wont charge you 1hour for RM54 like lone pine. I BEEN CHARGE FOR RM 108 for 2 hours late checkout 12-2pm for marriot hotel. This is unacceptable. I want highlight for service 4stars hotel like you doesnt allowed for late checkout at all must sharp at 12pm must prior inform to guest. I late checkout until 2pm because I do solat first at room. Usually receptionist will call at 12.30-1pm to inform about can or not late checkout and have rate. BUT FOR LONE PINE. DONT call and DONT give any information about late checkout. So I thought Its okay like others 4-5stars hotel and for hotel under "MARRIOT". I regret because not receive information about late checkout rate. My advise is for people who usually familiar with 4-5stars sevice. This hotel doesn't provide those.reconsider for this hotel that dont allowed you checkout late than 12pm. Must sharp before 12pm. OTHERWISE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR RM54/HOUR.

Serene and beautiful hotel at strategic location, not so crowded compared to other hotels nearby. The rooms are perfect with direct view of beach and staffs are so friendly, attentive and efficient. A perfect closing for 2024.

Hotel is great but breakfast buffet spread is not so great. Overall is a very relax environment as the occupancy is low.

Such an amazing staycation, super duper comfy and above expectation. The staff is very helpfull And friendly. Wiling to help to no matter situation. The facilities of hotelbis working well. The view of room is excellent.

Wonderfully decorated resort, nice beach, great hospitality by every staff, very relaxing place. Best resort I ever stayed in Penang. Breakfast can be improved.

We loved everthing about this hotel..its was my 1st experience stay at this hotel…receptionist n staf was good n so friendly…its my lucky day because they upgrade my room from deluxe guest room with balcony seafacing to deluxe suit with balcony seafacing…the room was spacious n clean…room facilities is good…view hotel is beautiful n near beach…love stay hear because very quite n calm..breakfast was good n love the coffee🥰..will repeat again.. Very easy to park

This hotel has been the best experience of our trip so far. The room is beautiful and the outdoor tub is a luxurious touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. The pool area is magnificent and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The food we've had has been perfect, exceeding our expectations.

I mean yes it is 30mins from the main town of the Penang, but look at the view. Every morning we open the window and saw the pine trees the beach the sunshine and the sea it feel like a kind of new born. People are friendly and kind，always willing to help. Having time staying in the Lone Pine should be one of my best memories in Penang, can't wait to visit there next year's holiday!

Trully Amazing! Best of the best service. Since we were on 2nd floor, we didn’t really can smell the bad odor from outside.
