We are currently reviewing colleague deployment during high-traffic periods, including our Family Lounge operations and bell services, to improve responsiveness and reduce delays.I’m also deeply concerned to hear about the lack of assistance with the baby chair during breakfast and the unresolved toilet issue in your room. This falls far below the standard of service and attentiveness we aim to uphold. I have spoken to both our Engineering and Housekeeping leaders to investigate what went wrong, including why the repair was incomplete and why you were not updated.
