The building is already a few years old but the service is nice and good. The safety guys at the pool are very careful and checking everything. So the children are under control and don’t do stupid things. The location is directly at the beach with direct access. Unfortunately the beach has a lot of rubbish. The community or the hotel should clean more often the beach.

perfect location for travel with family, the view very beatiful, i booking 3 day 2 night with seaview room, the hotel servis very good at counter n the staff very friendly, what ever i reqs, the alway accept n sent into the room, only buggy luggage very bad service n disspointed, i reqs to sent at car parking cause i park to far, but this guys reject to sent me n my family time checkout, so bad service n i have to carries my luggage with my son n husb.

Nice pool and beach area to chill. Good for families with kids. Overall good except for the room toilets and ita time to do refurbishment on the rooms.

Overall is good but some area need to be improved. 1. Room sound proofing. (during our stay, we can hear ppl walking, moving the chair, talking from upstair's room. 2. If can, should separate the bathtub with the shower area because abit dangerous to the young kid, old folk and pregnant women. 3. Waiter should ask ' can I clear your plate' before clean the plate from the dining table. Overall, it's a good stay.. =)

The front desk service wasn’t very friendly, and the check-in process took too long, especially given the non-air-conditioned lobby in the hot weather.

Great choice if u are traveling with kids and friends. We were a group of two families and they offered us with the connected rooms. Rooms are spacious with abundant furniture and room service was quick and friendly at all times Swimming areas were well maintained and neat except you will be occasionally greeted with a bunch of bird if u are eating by the pool. Beach towel is available by the pool only and u are not allowed to take it to the room - can feel a bit of chill on the way back to the room since lobby and elevator are always cold with A/C Bring a pair of socks , long sleeves and pants if you are planning to taker ur kids to the kids club.

Good for family trip and hotel stay. Friendly staff. Will come back again.

Hotel is great as there is a night market and a lot of food options outside hotel. Kids had alot of fun with the pool and there are beach activities available just at the pool, room was very clean.

The hotel is nice and I feel comfortable. Very kid friendly and safe for kids. Welcoming drinks are serve and the receptionists are very kind. Swimming pool got life guards which very responsible.

Super nice hotel. Everything was nice here. The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. Nice variety of food for breakfast and beautiful view. Me and my friend enjoyed staying here and will come back soon. Overall Satisfaction. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Kids friendly hotel,nice pool with water slide and water play area.many restaurant and night market outside hotel.There are many activities like watersports,basketball,table tennis,football,adventure zone. Pool table cue not in good condition,

We stayed there for three nights with two connecting rooms with two children. The children enjoyed playing at the swimming pools for kids. However, the demarcation for the children's area to play is rather small and cramped, worse when smaller baby with parents joined in with their floats, this left the bigger children with standing and walking space.. It has two water slides at the storm area, is unexpectedly deep at the end of slides, my children play there only once, swallow some water and struggle to stay balanced and stand up. They sense the deep not worth the fun, and not going again, in fact, rarely got children playing at the water slides. We have a good view of sunset at the beach. The hotel is walking distance to nearby pasar malam in the evening, also many night activities in surrounding areas. We have the seafood dinner promotion at 1 for 1, it has good variety except no mud crab but with only the flower crabs, btw they are also of little meat. Overall, is a good 4-star hotel for families to stay..

My trip is very wonderful. My kids very very happy ! Stay here for two night,everything is good. Food, pool, staff and all the facilities very good and helpfull. Will come again 🥰
