The room not well clean & calm. Its look like 3 star and below. Little bit messy. The breakfast was really bad and not variety. Poor food quality & and the price does not reflect with the foods. Its too bad.

There is a difference of overall quality compare to Mercure Glenmarie, this include e.g. room, breakfast etc

Reached the hotel pretty late at night, check in was smooth though the front desk lady wasnt that friendly. Location was a little outskirt of KL but met our purpose of stay though it felt like a ghost town in a mix development as everything was closed/ not operating. Room was up to date, spacious, clean and pristine. Bed was okay, view was meh maybe because it was low floor. Was very distracted by the iron board with its sponge going all over the places. Basic necessity such as hot water, shampoo, handsoap and shower gel was available except tooth brush/paste. In house safe was not working. Stayed 3 nights will cleaning done daily but no top up done to facial tissue. Kids enjoyed the pool with view. Overall it was a decent experience.

The room was comfy. Got really troubled in parking. The reception said just tell the guard at the parking gate that we are hotel guest. At the parking gate, there was no guard, no assistance even i already push the buttons so many time. Ended up i need to pay rm16 for parking. The receptions were irresponsible!

For your kind information the carpark exit is equipped with an intercom system for guest to ask for further assistance which is a common thing at every single automated carpark area. We at the hotel side would never advise our guest that you need to communicate with the security guard as they are not part of the carpark management team. Our standard practice is we would advise our guest to communicate via the intercom and inform that they are our hotel guest with the parking attendant if they should have any issue when entering or exiting the carpark as the parking attendant are the one with access to further assist. At the same time, the parking management have left their duty mobile number at both the entrance and exit area if guest unable to communicate with them via the intercom system. Its unfortunate you did not informed us on this matter earlier as we would have gladly refund back your MYR 16 even though the carpark management is not under the hotel. However we would still offer for the refund with you contacting us back for further refunding details.We regret on what had happened and we thanked you again for your review. Extremely terrible experience.
I took connecting rooms. One of the room, air con, fridge and phone was not working. All they did was gave reasons after reasons.
They sent the maintenance guy at 10pm to.get it repaired.
Will attach the evidence with this.
Raise my problems upon check out, they say they will investigate.
When I call to follow up, the first call.they say head of department not in office.
& my subsequent calls they don't answer.

For a 4-Star hotel, the facilities and service are on par with other hotels in the region and the price is reasonable. The only setback was that after parking the car in the basement, I could not open the door acess to the hotel lift because I did not have the pin number that was required to open the door. Luckily a maintenance crew who was passing by helped me to open the door. When I qestioned the receptionist, I was told that we must call them to obtain the pin number and open the door. I feel this is quite absurd because it was not mentioned while I did the booking on the internet, nor was there any message from the hotel about this requirement.

For your kind knowledge, the basement car park door pin code access had been setup by the building Security Management as part of Safety and Security policy as The Hotel is sharing access with Resident units. We had cascade in the booking platform website with information of Access Control System. However we do not provide further details as such information is restricted and to avoid others apart from our guests to have access or knowledge on this matter. Hotel guest who have not yet checked in can use the escalator access from the basement carpark to the ground floor. The pass code information will only be provided after our guest have checked in with other details such as Hotel Wifi user, facilities and etc. All this measures is of course part of the Safety and Security reason for our guest well being.Thank you again for sharing your experience and we regret on the challenges you had experience. My first time staying in a hotel where i couldnt sleep. The bed is too soft. The fridge blue light with transparent door shining on your face while u ry to sleep. Usually, for hotel aircon, i'll have it at 23 degrees and i can hide in the blanket. For my room, its at 16 degrees and i'm sweating throughout the night. The aircon isnt cold. Honestly, quite disappointed with the mercure brand this time. Penang mercure and singapore mercure are much better. I have to admit that some comments i read in the review are really as they said.
