We booked a triple room for ourselves. The room is spacious and has a balcony too. We were allocated a room on the 9th floor which gives us a good view of Batam city. It would be better to get a room on a higher level as the noise from the vehicles passing by the main road can be disturbing at night. The swimming pool, gym, sauna room and steam bath room are also great for relaxation. Planet Holiday hotel is located nearby to Nagoya Mall and Grand Batam Mall. The hotel also provides shuttle bus services to the malls during Fridays and Saturdays. Traveling around Batam Island is convenient using Grab car service. The breakfast spread is also reasonably good.

Very clean and near to almost every mall in batam. Staff also very accomodating and the breakfast is great. Our room also have a bath tub . Overall really good place to stay. Thank you.

I arrived early at 1030am and went to the reception. Fortunately room was available on the lower floors which I don’t mind. Check in was fast, staff were friendly. The room was huge with all the amenities and a huge bathtub with a strong and hot shower. Bed was comfortable with 4 huge pillows. Safe and fridge in the room which was carpeted. Swimming pool was big with a well equipped gym. My first stay here and will definitely be back.

Great hotel. Great breakfast. Only bummer was that my room was above a club, which played (awesome) loud music till 7/8am.

Very Good place, I have a nice trip and enjoy batam food. We will come again.

Can hear next door people talking. Poor sound proof

Everything’s so far is good But only one thing is the shuttle bus service,is really really very disappointed Wasting people time to wait but in the end shuttle bus din come Only this problem but overall is good

Great location, service is on point as usual. We have no complaints.

It's an old hotel, overpowering floral scent to musk (I assume) the cigarette smell. The towels are well used, the showerhead has a high pitch sound when it's turned on, the drain cap doesn't work and I had to manually pry it open to drain the water during the shower. Mattress is firm enough, duvet cover has torn parts (IMO, need to be replaced) pillows are too soft and stained. There's an outdoor pool and it was crowded when I was there (it's not big), also a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, which i didn't bother to check out. If you're too lazy to land the hotel, they have massage services but there are much nicer options outside. Nothing much around the area, unless you are eating at their restaurant or MacDonald (across the road) you'll need to cab to get food.
