Booked for Valentine's day. The staffs and concierge were amazing and friendly. Would book here again if I want to stay in the city.

Nice hotel for photos. Location is not so convenient, it‘s quite dark along the way to hotel, need to take transport to harbour bay for meals As for breakfast, every thing tasted sweet, even though is not supposed to be sweet, sugar added meal. Not a good one,

There is a nice view and pretty swimming pool. Great and nice food for their breakfast buffet. Have a grand n beautiful lobby. There is a spa n massage service in the hotel. The price for the hotel is affordable for your choice.

Very very good! Clean and nice. Quiet and peaceful. Booked 3 rooms. The only problems founds are bed are little too noisy while turning and one of the toilet shower head need replacement (broken) due to previous quests damage it probably. Breakfast is alright. Service is good. Deposits is required even if it’s fully paid.

The hotel is not new and the room is pretty small. The room is crawling with ants and looks dilapidated inside. No amenities nearby and location is fairly remote to any convenience shop, although its near to Habour Bay Ferry Terminal and some major malls. For the price paid per night, I have to say its pricey due to the above factors. But gave the benefit of doubt that its Chinese New Year period. The only good thing about the hotel is the staff who are all friendly and helpful.

Booked the wrong date and the hotel doesn't allow any flexibility on free cancellation. The staffs are amazing. The hotel needs lots of renovation for the rooms.

The hotel room looks old. Toilet is pretty small Especially the basin. The door not even can close properly Location wise consider ok with Grab service Overall, the staffs there service were best

Rooms are dusty and has a funny odour. Staffs are unbothered upon arrival but the rest of the time are not so bad.

Hotel organised a nice morning run to celebrate its anniversary. Room was comfortable although the air con was a little loud.

Booked suite one bedroom but was given a normal room. When ask the manager and nothing was done . Disappointed. Other is ok for this hotel. Breakfast not much choices. Egg station girl rude.

Counter staff can communicate in english. Quiet hotel, hotel breakfast okay, location is a bit far from the city. Must grab if go out. Unexpected that hotel is giving the free hi-tea set to us however we couldn’t make it. Bed is kinda soft and not really support our back. Overall is good.
