More convenient

The overall review of this hotel.. not bad. It’s very near to ferry terminal, Harbourbay. There are quite a few of eateries and massage centres around. Going to central like Nagoya and BCS has to take a Grab. Breakfast has to improve. No gym and swimming pool. Has a famous KTV in the hotel.

Requested for a king size bed and specifically paid more for it but received a two single ones. Staffs are unbothered and unapologetic about it. Rooms are small with an OK features but not great. Location is far from everything else but there’s a nearby restaurant with 24 hour convenience stall. There’s a club at the first floor so it will be noisy at night with drunk people shouting and fighting. Not a pleasant stay and breakfast was lousy.

Overall , check in was easy as there was little guest. When exit lift otw to room the whole atmosphere was very dark and carpet dirty. Basically overall not maintained. In the room is really old and dirty there is something stains on the bed sheets and the room is very rundown. Forgotten o take photo of toilet condition is worse.

Location was excellent with the seafood places being just 3-5 mins walk behind the hotel. Many eateries and spas/massage parlours around. Room was spacious, was given the room with bath tub although didnt book for it. View was okay. Also gotten high level of 9 so when the pubs were blasting music, cant be heard from our level. Overall everything was good but only the bedsheet & blankets has stains thats wasnt cleaned. Dont think they washed the bedsheets thoroughly or not at all cause the stains seems to be there for quite a long time. There was even bloodstain on my side of bedsheet

1. Bad WiFi signal, very weak 2. TV reception is worse, grainy pictures some not even watchable 3. Not enough staff at dining area during breakfast, some table cutleries not cleared 4. Toilet soap bottle not replenished, empty

Location and hotel is clean

Location was super convenient, literally across is the ferry terminal and mall. Food stalls were nearby and right beside is a convenience store. Easy to call for grab to bring us around. Room was pretty big and check in was smooth. Room could be alittle cleaner and the toilet could be cleaned better as the shower area chokes up when we shower. Overall was okay.

Spacious and clean

1) Reception could guide some information such as where to take dinner, breakfast. All keep quiet. 2) Paid $139 for a night. Breakfast is terrible. Only fish ball and hard boil eggs. Just 7:30 am No top up fried noodle and rice . Staff hide some food I think chicken wings. 😊 3) Room wall are dusty and no information provided to contact reception or others. 4) Towels were too old. Should replace.

This hotel is quite near ferry terminal; not much coffee shops outside and surrounding is quite quiet in the morning
