Don't let the pictures online fool you. The hotel room that we had looks nothing like the pictures online. It cost me 21,000 points and $90. Total waste of my points and money. We wanted to sleep in our vehicle after seeing the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

I’m very disappointed. We checked in on a Thursday. We check out tomorrow. They have not cleaned our room once. There is a sign that says if you want clean towels carry them down to the desk to exchange them. We ran out of tissue two days ago. Had to search for a hair dryer. Our room is a kitchenette style. 1 bowl 1 plate 2 knives 2 forks and one spoon. Before unpacking our bags I inspected the drawers. The attached photo is the result of wiping them out. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. IHG should do something about this place.

Beware that this hotel will cancel your room at the last minute without any hesitation. Our hotel was reserved and confirmed 5 months in advance for a concert that we were traveling to attend. We also booked a shuttle that cost $140.00 to bring us to and from the hotel. I have filed a report with corporate but nothing has been resolved yet. By them canceling our room at the last minute, my 140 dollar shuttle fee was non-refundable. We also could not attend the concert because we do not have night vision to drive at night. So we lost $140 plus $200 in concert ticket money because our room was canceled at the last minute by the hotel management.

The mgr, Joette, and asst mgr, Colin, are the BEST team ever! We were last-minute guests that required a roll-in shower and they delivered. The customer service and courtesy that we received from Joette and Colin was SO much more than what we had expected and we are very grateful to them and the rest of the staff for helping us salvage our vacation after a major setback in plans. The hotel is close to excellent restaurants (Acme, Parrain's, and Jolie Pearl) and was a short drive to the Blues Festival. Their ADA bathroom was well equipped and met my husband's needs. I would stay here again!

Went for a quick overnight stay for a women conference. Front desk guy was a sweetheart. Hotel was old. In bathroom, floors dirty with dust/powder in the corners. Wood on the cabinet was peeling. Bed area was nice and comfortable. Not sure if I will stay there again Location was good

Room not clean, blood on bathroom floor and wall, dirty linen, horrible oder in room. Staff to busy with headphones in to worry about complaints. Very low budget hotel and not worth the price. Shame on them for not being up to IHG standards.
