Super Quiet/Comfortable Historic Beauregard Downtown minutes to LSU

Quiet and easy Good communication from the owner. Clean and comfortable. Lots of close places to walk for food and entertainment.

On the way out Like the location but the place is on its last leg. I think the property manager is the owner and him and his wife single handedly try to maintain this extremely old and tired property without success. There were extenuating circumstances with them that caused him to forget we were coming in. After I finally was able to get in touch with him, there was no apartment clean for us to check into, so he showed up himself and 'cleaned' an 'upgraded' one, that we got into a couple of hours after we were supposed to be able to check in. I asked for some sort of money off and his response was "I did upgrade you" All he did was change bedding, swap out towels and cleaned up obvious table top messes. No clean toilets, counter tops, stove, floors, etc. I would not even put anything on the floors or any surfaces that we did not disinfect first.With all of the updates coming to the venues and lodging in the area, I'm thinking they are hoping this place will be bought and demolished.

Nice Space and great Location Rented this property for an employee to stay for a couple of weeks while working in Baton Rouge. He found it to be clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Would definitely rent this place again.

Orion Krewe Convenient to the River Center for the ball. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Loved the property. Easy drive to LSU Stadium. Super clean, and comfortable. Will be back next year. Communication was great. No issues. Everything was exactly as represented. We were very happy.
