We're only two miles to LSU's campus or you can walk east down toward the Perkins Road Overpass Merchants District or west to lovely City Park. Also, we're ON the parade routes.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please keep pets off furniture as best you can during your stay..PLEASE NO SMOKING. Perfect Baton Rouge visit
House is beautiful and very spacious. Adorable decor with large kitchen and Nespresso coffee machine!! Large back porch and fenced yard. Very private. The neighborhood is lovely within walking distance to flower shop and dozens of places to eat. Minutes from LSU Absolutely stunning perfect
