The location is perfect, close to Thermae and Pulteney bridge. We stayed here for my fiance’s birthday and I told the hotel beforehand about the event and they left a handwritten birthday card and 2 cupcakes in our room, a very nice touch. Everything went smooth, breakfast was excellent, there’s a waffle station were you can make your own waffles from scratch. Stayed in a King Room, big bed, soundproofed room, 50” TV, everything you’d ask for a 4-star hotel. We’ll stay again on our next visit to Bath

Review: Hilton Nath I recently stayed at the Hilton Nath and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Breakfast has varieties — including a waffle machine. Room very comfortable. I arrived at midnight and the reception looked sleepy. The good thing is, the reception girls in the morning were very welcoming. Also, there’s a £5 security deposit, which took quite a well for me to understand when checking in.

This hotel was really poor.I booked a queen and the bed was a small double.  Eye small room very overpriced felt like a premier inn. Very very disappointed

Everything was perfect. Nice, clean, big, well decorated room. The quality of the bed was particularly outstanding. Perfect location to explore Bath on foot. The breakfast was also good!

We loved our stay and are definitely planning to return, but we were disappointed by the reception and manager, who came across as a bit unfriendly and unaccommodating when we tried to leave our luggage after our stay.

The location is very convenient to attraction place. Distance between Roman baths and Pulteney Cruisers less than 15mins. The hotel includes breakfast which is a good selling point. Unfortunately, I got a bad luck issue. The counter staff debited room charge from my debit card and she said for deposit but I paid the room charge when I booked the room in Trip.com already. I complainted to their manager and refunded me after 5 days.

The location is very convenient and you may reach the attractions nearby within a short walk. The staffs are friendly and helpful The hotel breakfast were great and we love the self made waffles the most! We definitely will come back

The parking is main issue and they didn't provide bottled water for the room and suggested to use tap water from toilet

Close to the train station and close tourist spots! Staff very friendly and free breakfast is very good!!

Hotel is great but there is no car park at the location. The recommended car park is a little bit far away.
