Location is a bit farther away from the malls. But the hotel make up by providing shuttle services to the major ones. There is not much nearby but you can still find food using google. Otherwise just eat in the hotel cafeteria or restaurant. The rooms are of a good size. If you want better view, choose deluxe rooms.

Overall is good just the hairdryer, shampoo quality is not good. Doesn't feels clean after washing. No dental floss. Lucky I brought all the toiletries on my own. Shower water is very weak.

I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button. The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging. Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

The rooms are comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The views are fantastic, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and also they have delicious food.

Wonderful experience

The hotel enjoys a convenient location, just 10 minutes from Batam Center.  It is well-maintained and offers a diverse culinary selection with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. However, the service significantly fell short of expectations, representing a major deficiency.  For instance, the promised Wi-Fi connection to the television remained unestablished for two days despite requests for assistance.  Substantially improved service is required.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive in all areas of the hotels services..😁 Food choice & quality was great at dinner & breakfast. Particular shout out to Annita in the spa centre, for an absolutely brilliant massage, slept like a log after that..👍🏻

The staff was nice and everything was great! They even prepared a cake for our anniversary! Everything was pleasant and there was swimming pools and sauna that could be used! Located deep and inside so it’s quiet and peaceful. I
