Room is cozy and clean, not too big but not too small. Staffs are friendly and attentive, overall a good experience

Very good service.
Staffs always put up a smile, and help with doors and luggage.
Very very comfortable bed.
Quiet air con, hot shower, strong wifi always on point.
Mall is opposite.
Lots of massages opposite as well.
Food court right below for breakfast too.
Level 9 has a nice aircon view of Batam.
Will come again.

Very good experience for my first time staying at Ando.
Selected Ando after reading good reviews and on my arrival, didn’t know that Nagoya Mall is just a walking distance away. About 2 minutes across the road, and not forgetting there’s a convenience store next door.
Did my proper check-in and gotten my room around 5 plus after doing my nails and did some shopping too.
As my newly bought slipper (hook) came off, the staff provided me with the cable ties to securely salvage my shoe. Credits to the staff on duty on Saturday night.
Will definitely book here again for my next trip.
Side tip: Always go for grab and its very accessible!

It’s a very new and clean hotel. Spacious too. I would say it’s a good location with Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall across the road. And there’s a 24hours convenience store next door.

The location is super duper good. Many local food, mart ard the hotel. Nagoya Hill Mall is just opposite the hotel with many spa&massage there. Really recommend this hotel, just a disappointed thing is we received a non window room while booking doesnt mention there is non window room for my room type. Overal is good.

This hotel is new. Cleanliness is superb. All amenities are quite basic. Location at Nagoya area. Basically a very good value choice of hotel.

Nice clean hotel basically a new hotel , just opposite Nagoya Hill Mall , with a convenient store Afro mart beside, daytime with eateries around the corner .

I requested some simple birthday deco for surprising my birthday girlfriend. Ando has fulfilled my request and my girlfriend is very happy and we took many memorable photos with the deco. Thanks Ando Hotel.
