Arena Hotel by the Beach

酒店挺老的，但是服務態度很好

The stuff was very unpleasant. The hotel inside is very old and derty. The hotel pool for most days of our staying was close because they are missing staff!! Read the reviews on other sites and don't repeat our mistake.

We arrived a day late due to cancelled flight. I informed hotel immediately of the situation and they confirmed our room would be held. When we arrived the room they gave us was not what we ordered. The reception staff were so rude and wouldn’t admit they got it wrong. I booked 2 single beds and a sofa bed in lounge. They gave us a room with double bed and a sofa in lounge. This was unsuitable as my 47 year old son and 11 year old grandson needed separate beds due to a health problem. Receptionist suggested I sleep with my son!! I am 73! After a long argument they brought a single stained mattress for my son to lie on and as the room was not suitable for this he ended up sleeping the rest of holiday on balcony! Really nasty people. It ruined our whole holiday of a lifetime. After many emails to them when we arrived home asking for compensation they finally agreed to a 15% refund…….. 6 weeks later this hasn’t happened and now won’t return communication.

Great location. Not a new hotel but well maintained . Breakfast was good The beach is two minutes walk .Lots of coffee shops on the promenade .The room was pretty big like a mini suite. It's not a luxury hotel but for what we paid it has value for money

The most dirty hotel I’ve ever stayed. Absolutly disguisting. Drunk russian security guy abusing us…unaceptable. If you enjoying having breakfast with coackroaches then book it ! Jacuzzi in Spa centre so dirty that i will never use them.

No acercarse. Lo único bueno es la ubicación, todo lo demás : pésimo. El hotel es sucio, el servicio es malo, el desayuno mediocre. En definitiva, si no tienes otra opción en Bar Yam, buscate otra ciudad para ir antes que ir a este hotel, ni lo pienses ...
