Ottima qualita' della struttura e dei servizi. Camera ampia e comoda. Colazione di buon livello,ma per il cappuccino c e la macchinetta automatica.

Ubicato a pochi passi dal centro storico di Bassano del Grappa e dal rinominato Ponte, questo Hotel 4 stelle vi accoglie con stanze ampie, ben riscaldate e confortevoli. Offre l'opportunità di usufruire del parcheggio privato o in alternativa Garage a pagamento. Consigliatissima inoltre la colazione Continentale.

Struttura molto accogliente per clientela apparentemente soprattutto business (vista la disponibilità di ampi spazi meeting), ma che la mia famiglia ed io abbiamo utilizzato come base per esplorare gli splendidi dintorni. Tutto eccellente, dalla posizione alla pulizia, dall'accoglienza alla colazione, dal silenzio agli ambienti comuni. Torneremo!

Soggiorno molto piacevole con ubicazione strategica della struttura, sia per andare a piedi che con l'auto. Colazione eccellente ! Servizio eccellente ! Struttura eccellente !!! Sono molto soddisfatto e ringrazio il personale per l'infinita disponibilità ! Certamente tornerò a Bassano del Grappa e mi farebbe piacere tornare al Bonotto Hotel Palladio. Lo consiglio anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Mi compiaccio e ringrazio soprattutto con il personale della reception.

Buon albergo a 2 passi dal centro, camere spaziose e personale cortese, carino il box per le biciclette con qualche attrezzo. Colazione continentale nella media con una buona selezione di dolce e salato senza picchi particolari ma che possono accontentare tutti, caffè da rivedere. Bano grazie con vasca/doccia che può non piacere a tutti ma che comunque risulta funzionale.

Unfortunately it was a complete disaster. Mold in the bathroom on the carpet has probably never been cleaned since the 1960s, the room was completely out of style, the doors in the bathroom were partly broken and it was freezing cold and at midnight we no longer had hot water. The ventilation system must not have been cleaned for 25 years, and there were already visible spots of rust in the breakfast room, a pure disaster. The eggs were just convenience food and the staff was disorganized and rude. Nobody felt comfortable clearing away the crumbs from the boat table. Because of all the crumbs, you couldn't see the actual board for cutting. the coffee was a cheap soup, simply a disaster. The facade is already crumbling and the windows don't close properly. In my opinion, the hotel deserves a maximum of one star and that could be debated. I can only warn against going there, the €120 for a double room is far from worth it. The bed sat through I would say, overall, absolutely not recommended. The receptionist also took care of the hotel bar, and she was already completely overwhelmed with seven people. As I said, not a recommended interest. There are certainly nicer houses here. No, thank you never again.

Excellent. POSITION - literally 5 minutes from the beautiful Centro . STAFF - professional, knowledge and very very helpful. AMENITIES - absolutely everything you need. You really couldn’t ask for anything more. I won’t be recommending to my friends because I want it to be our secret 🤪
