Stayed last night as a friend and I had a trip booked to do the Bombay Gin tour. Bus stop just outside hotel. Staff lovely and friendly with a special mention for Bobby & Claire they were both lovely - I’m a premier inn employee myself, enjoyed the stay.

Standard Premier Inn with all the usual facilities. Shame there's no real bar so the only drinks available are bottled. Other niggle is the car park is very small but there is a council run car park right next door which is a reasonable cost for an overnight stay. Staff are very friendly and a big shout out to Bobby who couldn't be more pleasant and tries his utmost to do everything he can to make your stay as nice as possible.

The main reason for going to a hotel is to sleep and I think you truly understand the importance of this, you have the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in and I have an expensive bed, The room was clean tidy and with all the amenities needed and nicely decorated. The staff were superb and the breakfast was 11 out of 10 overall one of the best experiences I’ve had in the UK and at an affordable price thank you very much. I will definitely use Premier inn again

Great location for the town centre. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. All good and great value. The only downside for me is that the windows do not open. I like to let in fresh air. It wouldn't stop me staying again though. Parking right next to the hotel is payable but easy to do on the app and reasonable price overnight.

As far as I am concerned you always get what you expect from this group. The beds are always great and I always seem to get a very large room, with everything in place for an overnight stay. The staff are always helpful and breakfast is of a good standard. At just over £80 for the 1 night including breakfast, good value for the money and a lot cheaper than other hotels in the area. I would always check out Premier Inn whenever I have a night away.

Clean room, quiet and comfortable bed. 2 days for work in Basingstoke, this hotel did the job. Wanted to write a review to say how excellent Bobby at reception is - he’s a credit to the hotel. Incredibly helpful, informative and just generally great at his job!

Friendly receptionist and well instructed. The room was great and comfy to sleep. However come to breakfast, there was lack of choice for milk and soya allergy like no almond or oat milk.

Premier Inns are becoming less and less attractive due to their crazy pricing. No Premier Inn is worth £150 and more per night. This was £79 and at this price good value. It’s tired, bordering on scruffy in some parts but the staff were all helpful and the bed comfy. Big negative for me is not being able to open the windows.

Last minute stay at the Basingstoke Premier Inn due to train cancelations - staff were so friendly, food was great and the bed was as comfy as ever ! Honestly cannot recommend Premier Inn enough
