Friendly staff (they noticed it was my birthday and gave us a voucher for 2 drinks at the hotel bar).

This hotel location are SUPERB. Train station, Tram Station and Euro Airport bus all stop infront of train station which is only 50 meter away. Tram stop infront of the hotel. The service quality an excellent. All the staffs are very friendly, professional and hospitable. Love everything about this hotel.

Hotel Schweizerhof location is excellent, only 2 minutes walk from the Main Train Station, and the city tram station is just in front of the hotel. They also provide us a free city tram bus ticket for our stay which is a bonus. We just slide our luggage onto the tram and then get off at the pier, only 15 minutes ride, to embark on our river cruise, so convenient. The staff is also nice and recommended restaurants to us. 👍👍

Hotel is cheap, location is good, breakfast also nice. Only non perfect thing is that the reception lady is unpleasant, the guy is better in service.

先説優點，位置很好，離開火車站步行五分鐘 窗户隔音很好，但開窗後半夜有一些酒鬼在窗口唱歌，不過離開火車站近，也沒辦法。 雖然是瑞士🇨🇭。但巴塞爾更像德國🇩🇪 服務也不錯，有行李寄存，主動贈送巴塞爾交通卡 最後説一下缺點，沒有迷你吧 免費迷你吧:沒有小冰箱，衹贈送了礦泉水和袋裝咖啡，並未體驗迷你吧！！

是我住過最滿意的酒店。非常便利，服務非常好，早餐非常豐盛。

位置：離火車站咫尺之遙🚉出行交通非常方便，還有各路電車可以抵達想去的地方，酒店位置可謂鬧中取靜，非常適合出遊或商務出差選擇入住🏨 衞生：看着還是很乾凈的，各處都符合有點潔癖星人的標準，洗手間也非常寬敞，還配備了護手霜，算是舒適性酒店裡聽周到的服務了👏🏻 房間大小：空間寬敞，窗户面積大很明亮，還配備了健身單車和瑜伽墊，出乎意料的驚喜呀，房間窗户望出去還能看到車來車往與當地人自由自在的即興演奏，瑞士人的小日子看來真是歡樂啊

Wszystko ok, pokój czysty i wygodny, dobre śniadanie. Jest w bardzo ruchliwym miejscu (koło dworca i przystanków tramwajowych) ale nie jest głośno.

房間真的真的太乾淨了！對於歐洲慵懶感這麼強的地方，衞生算是很可以了！水免費暢飲，早餐非常豐盛，最主要的是交通非常便利，出門就是公交車站和火車站，性價比巨高！

酒店就在火車站對面，步行2分鐘，酒店設施一流，房間很乾凈，空間大，特別滿意，早餐豐富，還贈送了Basel card 入住期間可以免費坐公共交通，一些景點門票打折。

就在SBB總站對面，出行方便。 夏天房間還是冬被，熱啊，問了酒店也沒有夏被。不蓋又冷，慘
