Great room and comfortable beds. Walking distance took us 12 minutes walk from Basel SBB train station. Nevertheless it is easily located the hotel. Novotel hotel has a good breakfast with variety choices.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great with good transport links. Perfect base for the Christmas markets. Would definitely recommend.

Found some hairs on the bed, location is good, not far away from the train station, and near the bus/tramway station.

The whole journey was amazing. Switzerland is the cleanest country I’ve been to and this hotel fulfills my expectations. There weren’t toothpaste in the room so I left a note asking for it and the staff left a post it note with dental amenities in our bathroom after we left. Cutest thing I’ve experienced, would highly recommend this room too!

Novotel was a nice place to stay for our overnight in Basel. Easy check-in and check-out so we had no problems at reception. Our train left very early the next day so they kindly prepared our breakfast to take away which included 2 sandwiches and 2 bottles of water for each person. I can't say much about the facilities since we didn't get to explore but the hotel was a convenient location to get to Basel SBB. The reception staff also helped us book a taxi which we were thankful for as fewer trams went around the city so early in the morning. We were also given a Visitor Pass to travel around the city so the trams were free and we got a discount at the museum we went to. The only downside was there wasn't a convenience store nearby or maybe there was but we didn't get to see one immediately. Thanks, Novotel!

位置ok, 酒店外不遠已經有電車站 幾分鐘可直達Basel SBB和舊城區 而步行亦只需十分鐘可到達Basel SBB 洗手間很寬敞 職員友善

房間大，適合帶大孩子的家庭。離機場也不遠，停車場比較貴，自駕可以停在對面路邊。周圍走 200 米有個比較小的 coop.

房間緊湊，靠馬路，有點吵，一次性用品基本沒有，都要問前台要。早飯商務，就是簡單的麪包，和一些吃喝的東西，蔬菜少。

En la habitación hacía frío y no se podía regular la temperatura. El colchón era demasiado blando. El agua caliente no tenía una temperatura constante. Y las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas. Pero en el lado bueno, el hotel es bastante nuevo, funcional y el desayuno está bastante bien. El personal es atento y amable.
