The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops, and everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. A view from one of the bedrooms overlooks the entrance of the main home courtyard and the tiny home can be seen from the balcony, however there is a privacy fence surrounding the tiny home. This apartment is private and there are no shared spaces whatsoever, although you may encounter other guests in the driveway. The main home and tiny home have separate parking locations. A 4WD OR ALL WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE IS REQUIRED DURING WINTER MONTHS due to unpaved mountain roads. This home has air conditioning in the main living area and the bedroom and bathroom can be cooled if the doors remain open. This home does not have cable, however, Netflix and Hulu Plus are complimentary. 2 parking spaces are available in driveway. A Pack-n-Play is available for your use. Guest packages cannot be mailed to this home as they are routed to a parcel locker that only owners are able to access. Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage.
