If you are willing to pay the nightly rate, I doubt you would steal anything worth stealing … This resort presents itself as a luxury resort. It is jut like saying fast food is fine dining - calling it luxury resort does not make it so. Overall, and it is a problem with hotels in Bariloche, they think that the view would be enough to keep customers happy. No, actually, they need to deliver value for the money it costs, and this would be at best a 3-star hotel.

Pasamos una noche de camino a Buenos Aires, llegando a la tarde. En el check in me cobraron por adelantado la estadía, y al llegar a la habitación vimos que estaba en mal estado. Al volver a recepción me dijeron que no había habitaciones libres para cambiarnos, ni personal de limpieza o mantenimiento, no ofrecieron ninguna solución. No es un hotel, es un tiempo compartido, y los recepcionistas solo cobran. El departamento no está bien mantenido, no era suciedad ni roturas recientes, sino de mucho tiempo. Ellos lo saben y por eso te cobran antes de entrar… De todas mis reservas en Booking, esta sorpresivamente es la primera que no permite hacer review, y por eso caí en el engaño de la calificación que muestran, que evidentemente no es real. Es la segunda vez que venimos! La vista es alucinante de los deptos que dan al lago. Las camas son cómodas y el equipamiento un poco incompleto, creo que si viniera con niños no podría cocinar, a pesar de tener una cocina. Acomodação tipo apartamentos individuais, com pequena cozinha, banheiro e o melhor: chão aquecido tipo laje radiante. Como fica a cerca de 15 km de Bariloche, pode alugar um carro ou chamar remises (táxi). Atenção, se alugar carro não beba. Tem 3 postos de polícia no caminho e fui parado para bafômetro. Como já sabia e não tinha bebido, foi de boa.

Muy lindo lugar, hermoso entorno. Maravillosa vista. Nos encantó. Está a orillas del Nahuel Huapi y tiene una laguna preciosa . Todo impecable, muy completos los departamentos. Muy buena atención desde la guardia hasta la recepción. Muy limpio . Altamente recomendable.
